Their costumer service AI bot, Veronica, is useless. I don’t know why they waste their time with this crap. Does “Veronica” actually make anyone think they’re being helped? Also, they waste time on constantly updating “promos” and other useless advertisements. Do you think we’re stupid? Just give us the price and give us internet.
