Today’s new problem is it would let you go into full screen mode on an iPhone. And the 2nd new problem is a whole season of 18 episodes is out but it won’t show beyond the 10th episode. Stuck until they figure it out and fix it. Extremely frustrating. Content is great but the app is a F- Update : another new issue. When you pause the screen and go to replay the pause symbol and fast forward symbol never goes away lol. The interface does not work on iPads as it says. Yeah contents great, but it isn’t worth anything if you can’t watch it. Reached out to the customer support team, no response. Poor poor customer service…. I hate companies with no support. If you’re not in it for the customer experience, then why. Everytime you get a phone call or text or any alert on your phone it brings you out of the app which as a result makes you start your show from the beginning.
