I finally downloaded this app to make bill paying easier. It will not let me set up saying that the account number I’ve had for 10 years is invalid. This app has a lot to be desired since it appears to be unusable.

I have several banking apps that work to both keep me secure and make sure I can access my account quickly. Ozark could take a lesson here. Clearing your login cress and turning off fingerprint login randomly, then requiring the user to go find their account number to sign back in needs work.

App works flawlessly for me. I have an iPhone 13 and I can log in and see all of my info. Great little app!

I logged in to pay bill, wasn’t posted yet, so went to try to up date info. 5 hrs ago or more, keeps saying updating info, I can’t go back or logout. 😬😬😬😬😬😬.

I find a lot of bugs in this app (even with the newest version).  Often it will not load usage at all and when it does, the unbilled usage always shows about three months of data (not just the unbilled data).

The usage review has been glitched out for several months. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, refreshed data etc. but on the usage review tabs it will say 1, 2 kw used instead of the normal 17-25 kw used type of situation. Was hoping by now a fix would be released but so far that is not the case.

Not sure why my husband & I both can't stay logged into the app at the same time -  without being able to do so it makes it hard to keep up with paying the bill.  PLEASE FIX THAT PROBLEM !
