However, the app leaves a few things to be desired. Even though I have the “save username” turned on, the app never remembers my username. Ever. Also, it times out after a very short amount of time. No, not a short time of inactivity like EVERY OTHER app out there; no, I will be in the middle of submitting a claim and it will just log me out. A couple other maybe nitpicky things could be better, like let me type in numbers for the dates instead of those insane scroll lists and don’t ask if I have a receipt, just let me submit the receipt and that will answer your question. It’s also weird that the company has to deny and then resubmit every item I claim but that’s more about the company rather than the app. Still….. do better, PSA. ### 4/5 — Pacific Source app *2025-02-17, version 18.2.0* App is quicker than online process, tho not able to indicate recipient of service. For example, I have a bill that exceeds the amount of money left from 2024, bill is Nov, 24-Jan, 25, why I can’t use partial reimbursement from 2024 and partial from 2025? There is no option to cover bill from new 2025 balance because I have $11 left from 2024 which of course don’t cover bill amount. Please work on improving your system! The same when you submit a printed receipt from a medical office, you keep denying reimbursement requesting full billing description, but then end of month you send me reimbursement statement which includes this bill… Just looking for a reason to delay a claim… ### 5/5 — Easy *2025-01-11, version 18.2.0* I’ve had a previous HSA account with another company, which was extremely difficult to use. this FSA is so easy to use and payment is quick and easy. I have to do so much legwork to get my own money. There are no alerts as to when there is an item that needs your attention as a customer. You cannot submit documents before they are requested. The app does not remember you even if you set up finger print ID. In general, it rarely works and no improvements have been made to make it better.
