I would like to continue to sign in with biometrics and/or my username and password, instead of verification and having to check email every single time. There are the same features in all of the bottom menus, pulldown menus and splash page. Phone numbers listed in certain areas are only for commercial insurance holders, not OHP. Told it was because there is only room for one phone number. Why bother letting OHP people use the app at all? The app settings section has no features of value. The provider directly is very difficult and time-consuming to use. ### 2/5 — Just uses website *2026-02-15, version 2.3.2* The app just launches the website for login and use. Loads quick as well ### 1/5 — Takes money yet can’t pay bills *2025-04-03, version 2.2.6* They take your hard earned income to “help you” but then don’t cover a visit, and their auto answering machine says they’re only open 8am to 5pm PST. It’s PDT. They steal all your money and don’t know how time works? Wild. ### 1/5 — Unreliable and Bad *2025-03-09, version 2.2.6* App barely works. Takes forever to load, and if it does, expect error messages for most things. And the website is equally poor on mobile devices, and says so! Its user-friendly interface allows me to quickly check coverage details, claims, explore prescription drug options, and locate nearby providers. The real-time updates and digital ID card access are particularly handy for simplifying health insurance management. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work for blind user using voiceover *2024-04-21, version 2.2.2* Not accessible for blind person using voiceover. for plan details it puts up an unreadable file that looks like a PDF.
