It was a 25 months chit and I lifted the chit in the 19th month. I still haven’t gotten my money even after physical address and guarantors verification. They offer NCD of 18% PA where dividends again get credited on different dates before 6th of every month. Even they don’t properly respond to your queries and next step. My relationship manager is Veeresh he was talking with me until i made the 1st payment later on he is not taking care of anything. He got the chit but the money hasn’t been credited to his account. Whenever he calls the customer support they tell him that its some payment channel issue. its been two months since that and still he didn’t get the money. now he raised this case to consumer court and waiting for the judgement. ### 1/5 — Donot trust this chit company. *2025-05-07, version 2.4.2* They donot respond to calls for any queries and make false promises to make us join the chit. Later they deny they didnot assure anything. I have been following up the support person but the person even though is online is not responding or attending the calls. Doesnot seem like genuine company. ### 1/5 — Fake and Scam *2025-04-29, version 2.4.2* While starting this 10 lakh chit, I asked them about the documentation required while claiming, and they said I need a guarantor in India, as I live in the UK. Now, while claiming the chit, their team is asking for 2nd guarantor. I cannot provide 2nd guarantor and cannot ask people for their bank statements and payslips again and again, so I requested their team to either process the claimed amount or cancel the chit with interest, but they're delaying every day. After 3 weeks of conversation and delay, I requested for manager's contact to speak about this, and manager said that he’ll sort this out in 24 hours. It’s been 168 hours now, and no sign of progress. Later, I agreed to provide 2nd guarantor, but now they're asking for my bank cheques with signatures in India. how a NRI can give cheques in India? if this is the policy, they should let me know in the first place before starting chit or atleast in first couple of months, now it's been an year since I started chit and now while claming they're telling me these new policies. pure negligence from their team. And their team forced me to start this 10 lakh chit in the first place. It’s my bad to believe in some random company in India. It’s been 21 days since I provided my guarantor as I live in the UK, 35 days since I won the auction, and 18 months since I started to believe in this company. And this is the grand response I'm receiving right now with pure negligence over a valued customer. Such a waste of Time and Money. Forget about the chit but I’m Still fighting for the money which I’ve paid them all these months. Such a scam. ### 1/5 — Scamsters *2025-04-10, version 2.4.1* There is zero transparency. My chit has completed its duration but they are refusing to give me the amount I invested let alone the profits. I have been talking to their customer support team since last 15 days and i am yet to receive a proper response. Pathetic ### 1/5 — Chit amount not paid *2025-03-09, version 2.3.2* Hi, Beware of this app. My 50k chit is unpaid another chit for 25k is due this month: 1. There is a commission of 5% plus GST which they said they will waive but they will not waive. 2. They will send you some agreement for digital signature and forcefully ask you take prize money which you may never need. This is total fraud by the team. The executives will not do it without management pressure. You will not get the entire chit amount you will lose money. 3. Returns you get here is below recurring deposit return. ### 1/5 — Don’t Trust *2025-03-03, version 2.3.2* Hi Team, I joined 2 chits with a valuation of 10 lakhs and requested cancellation. Now, they are saying that the entire amount is lost due to company policies, and they need to deduct 5% of the total 10 laks, which amounts to 50k. This means we will have to pay this amount. Be careful before starting a chit on this app. They will tell you that you will get an auction, and they will transfer the chit — all of this is false. They will just make you wait until one auction is over, then claim the 5% policy, ultimately robbing you of your money. I waited from January 29th to February 27th for the chit transfer. I have gone through a lot of mental stress due to numerous follow-up calls related to these false commitments and has ultimately lost my own money, which is not a small amount—40k. I have all the chat proof of the commitments they made. You can reach out to me, and I’d be happy to assist. If you're planning to join this chit, please contact me first. I am happy to share all the negative points about this app and the team. Don’t join immediately like I did and lose your money afterward ### 1/5 — Fraud chit company *2024-06-07, version 2.00.2* I am the successful bid winner post received call their person came and collected photo and cheque with an assurance of disbursal of the amount by next day now it’s already been a month they are not responding to the calls neither to my messages. Please don’t invest and get stucked please don’t go by my previous reviews as it’s forcibly taken by there employee. Still any proof required u can contact me . ### 1/5 — Worst chit platform And worst Customer service *2024-02-07* I won my chit like 45 days ago, still haven’t received my amount. When I try to claim the chit amount they are asking me to upload some documents, And after uploading everything, They are not verifying them and holding my money. When I try to reach out to the customer service, they will respond to you like you are going to receive your money today, but I have been listening the same words for the past 45 days. They always have a reason to hold your money. Worst experience ever.
