Not user friendly. No updates! No customer support. ### 1/5 — Useless *2020-12-27* I was hoping that the WiFi connectivity would allow me to control the unit remotely. This is not the case!!! The unit has its own WiFi network, that you can connect to, so when you are in range, can control it. If I am in its WiFi range, it is easier to walk to it and press a button, than to look for the network and do it on my phone. I am very disappointed. ### 1/5 — This will not work with any smart home device *2020-11-28* It says Wi-Fi but really it is not. Do you have to connect directly to the transformer to control it. It’s has been a while since I’ve seen such a crappy app. ### 4/5 — Works OK *2020-07-31* Yes the app does use its own wi-fi which does require you log onto the Paradise wi-fi each time you want to change a setting. I found it a minor inconvenience. My iPhone remembers the Paradise wi-fi so it is easy to log back on to change any settings. You have to be on My Paradise WiFi to run it. It bumps you off your home Wi-Fi and then your internet runs slow and hardly any signal bars. This should hook up to home internet and run like every app does. Huge disappointment. ### 1/5 — Could be a good app but it’s not. *2019-06-10, version 1.1* Works one time out of 10, even though the paradise WiFi is connected to your phone, the app won’t sync with its own the WiFi.
