Y el cobro *2025-05-26, version 4.0.8* La app y la idea está súper genial, pero al momento de salir no reconoce que te fuisteis y sigue contando el tiempo. Traté de comunicarme a través del email de ellos y llamar al número pero tampoco tuve respuesta. En mi caso tuvo que virar una 1 hora después y verificar si es que estaba estancado y luego que lo subí manual comenzó a sonar y varios minutos después reconoció que me fui del estacionamiento. Tienen que mejorar eso URGENTE!! o poner una opción en conjunto con la localización para darle un botón de terminar uso. En adición al momento de cobrar fueron $3+tax luego el tiempo del estacionamiento más otra ves $3+tax ### 1/5 — Needs MAJOR development updates *2023-12-09, version 3.0.6* This app is honestly so bad… tried to download and reserve a spot ahead of time and couldn’t even get the search function to work, let alone show me the right mall I was looking for. This app is already sketch, why would I even want to attempt to add my credit card information. I’m sure the security on this app is nonexistent, so I wouldn’t trust them with your information. Now the malls near me are no longer available in the app- anywhere in my state. The website locations show my mall as available. I thought it was a good idea to park in "MyPark", oh I was completely wrong. I'm trying to find parking and decided to use "MyPark" thought it was all good but when it was time to go my session wouldn’t end. Mind it was $5 dollars per hour and I only stayed 1h 30min but the timer kept going. The app is super slow, glitchy and it doesn’t work properly. After a while it stopped but I go check my card and they charged me a total of $25, i tried to call and their number isn’t available, and sent email and got no response. Customer service is extremely bad, it charged me 2 reservations when I only parked in one space and once I left the time just kept going. 1. Fix the App Add a button where you can manually end your session not deliberately letting the machine decide 2. Get a Customer Service No being able to contact anyone for this is frustrating ### 1/5 — Charged 5 x for parking on one spot *2023-05-12, version 3.0.6* I was charged 4x and only had one spot. ### 1/5 — SUPER Scammy, no customer service *2023-05-02, version 3.0.6* First, the fact that this company takes all of the best parking spots in busy malls is scammy. I had a lapse in judgment and decided to try it because it was only $3. I had a lot of trouble setting up my account and payment source which was the first red flag. I wish I could have just used Apple Pay. After setting up the account and parking my car, I came back 55 minutes later and pulled out of the spot. There is no button in the app to press when you leave a spot. The app and system conveniently didn’t recognize that I had left the spot until about 10 minutes after I had left, incorrectly charging me an additional $3+tax. The $3 wouldn’t normally be a big deal but the whole premise of this scammy company just isn’t sitting right with me. I emailed the company twice and haven’t heard anything back. I am going to look into resolving this with the bank credit card I used. I will never use this app again and would suggest others do the same. EDIT: The company replied to my email and refunded me the amount they overcharged. I will still never use this app again due to the inconvenience and frustration of it. ### 1/5 — Did not cancel Reservation *2023-04-17, version 3.0.6* The app never canceled the reservation and someone parked in the spot when we came back to check the spot. Customer service is Mia. I was less than 1 hour and the clock kept running for almost 3 hours and they charged me a lot. Now there is another charge despite not being used. ### 4/5 — Leaving the parking spot *2023-01-16, version 3.0.6* When we left the sensor didn’t lift all the way so we waited and waited and My husband got off to life it which is when we heard the alert that it ended but then I waited on the app to make sure it ended and it didn’t say anything I had to refresh mulitple times to make sure it wouldn’t continue to charge me until finally I the button at the bottom that said thank you for parking then I realized it ended. I used MyPark to park at Dadeland Mall in Miami FL for 15 minutes and they charged my credit card $69.00!! There is no way to reach them. Total scam. My mom is having back surgery this coming Thursday so she can’t really walk that far. FREE! Love this.
