After you buy a pass, you'll need to activate it. If you see qr code, it's activated but THAT'S NOT YOUR TICKET. Now, go to an actual ACTV kiosk and scan the code OR enter the PNR number at the top (or in the email they send you). Then you can print out your ticket that you'll use to tap at each fare gate. You can't use the app with qr code at the fare gate-- it will not work! Fuyez !! *2022-08-10, version 6.2.30* Après plusieurs tentatives pour acheter des billets à 18 euro + 1 euro de service (alors que tout est dématérialiser) les tickets ne chargent pas et disparaissent. Nous devions recevoir les billets par mail mais il ne sont jamais arrivés ! Je trouve ça scandaleux pour une application de transport public ! Don't recommend ### 1/5 — Water bus tickets didn’t work *2022-05-25* Bought tickets with this app and the water bus station on Burano rejected them. **Developer response:** Dear user, Thank you for your report, from the way you described the problem maybe you did not know that you need to enter the pnr code in the ticket machines to access the water bus. If this was not the reason why you were unable to access the waterbus, please contact our customer service, which is available 7/7 from 9 am to 7 pm. ### 4/5 — Ottima e comoda *2022-05-16, version 6.2.30* Ottima App che ti permette velocemente e in maniera molto semplice di prenotare tutti i servizi a Venezia. Direi fantastica invece per quanto riguarda i prezzi per i viaggi privati in gondola! Ich finde die App sehr schlecht. Bereits erkannte Apple Pay Karten werden nicht angeboten, paypal wird gar nicht erst angeboten. Wenn dann die Buchung geklappt hat sind die Tickets sind „irgendwo“ versteckt und können nicht heruntergeladen werden oder dem Wallet zugefügt werden.Die Tickets für die Biennale können zwar gebucht werden, eine Option Kind hinzufügen gibt es jedoch nicht. Dies ist auf der offiziellen Seite anders. Andere Tickets kann man überhaupt nicht buchen. Die Wahl zur Parkierung ist sehr einseitig, das Tronchetto in Venedig ist das günstigste Parkhaus und wird nicht angeboten. Wir haben 48h Tickets gekauft und in der App bezahlt und aktiviert, soweit so gut. Nur kann man den QR Code am vaporetto nicht scannen - das geht einfach nicht- und dann fährt man praktisch gesehen schwarz. Es braucht noch einen PNR code, den man ausdrucken muss. Das geht nur an wenigen Stationen und nur mit anstehen…?!? Firstly, after deleting an expired credit card it wouldn’t take a new one. Deleted and reinstalled the app three times but to no avail. Switched to Apple Pay and only then did it allowed me to buy a 7 day vaporetto pass and Alilaguna ticket to Venice from the airport. The Alilaguna pass was clear that you needed to obtain a paper ticket before validating it at a ticket office at the airport. Super easy to do. The vaporetto pass, however, stated it could be used with the downloaded barcode. We tried several times to use it and the screen message stated it was expired. At a transport kiosk a helpful staff member told us we needed a paper ticket as the barcodes do not work. We were able to download a paper ticket at a ticket machine after a day of fussing about. It makes no sense to have barcodes that do not work at transport gates and require a paper ticket too. In addition, the app charges a service fee to download a useless barcode when you can easily buy tickets up to seven days upon arrival with no service charge. QR Leser war vorhanden, geht aber trotzdem nicht. Also in der langen Schlange an den Automaten anstehen. Da am Dogenpalast eine lange Schlange war haben wir 5 Euro mehr pro Ticket über die App bezahlt um, um kurz vor 17 Uhr ohne Anstehen reinzukommen. Was passiert… QR kann nicht gelesen werden. Ab an die Kasse anstellen und in Papierform Ticket tauschen. Dann war es nach 17 Uhr und es wurden keine Audioguides mehr rausgegeben.
