## What is Mypassci?

MyPass Ski is the innovative system for skiing at the best resorts in Italy. The MyPass Ski Card allows you to ski as much or as little as you want in total freedom:
-Ski first, pay later: Pay only the time skied at official prices.
-Skip the line: No cash register. Go directly to the slopes.
-Secure: MyPass Ski is the most widely used system in the Italian Alps.

Main Functions

MyPass Ski gets you the Ski Pass that allows you to ski as much as you want with total freedom and flexibility. You don't have to decide ahead of time how long you want to ski and what kind of ticket you want to buy. This way if you change your plans you won't waste money with a pre-paid ticket.

**How does MyPass Ski Work?**
-Register in the APP, request your MyPass Ski Card, activate the card and head directly to the slopes leaving the long lines at the ticket office behind.
-At the end of the day MyPass Ski charges you the best rate based on the official rates at the resort. You pay only for the time skied.

**How are the Rates Calculated?**
The MyPass Ski System records the first and last access at the electronic gates with your Ski Card and based on the time between the two accesses you'll be charged the lowest rate of the resort on the days skied.

### 2/5 — Esperienza frustrante con il supporto di MyPass

Ho riscontrato diversi problemi con MyPass che voglio condividere:
	1.	Comunicazione via email inefficace - Le risposte via email richiedono tempi lunghissimi, e alcune richieste vengono completamente ignorate. Ho ricevuto una risposta solo dopo aver contattato telefonicamente il supporto.
	2.	Problemi con il supporto telefonico - Anche se chiamare direttamente sembra essere più efficace, il personale mostra evidenti lacune nelle soft skills. Se avete un nome o cognome lungo, potrebbero avere difficoltà a trovarvi nel sistema e semplicemente dirvi “non riusciamo a trovarti”. Ho dovuto inviare nuovamente un’email prima che riuscissero a localizzare la mia richiesta.
	3.	Mancanza di informazioni sui rimborsi - Quando si è verificato un problema nell’app per colpa loro, non mi hanno fornito alcuna spiegazione su quando avrei ricevuto il rimborso. Ho ricevuto solo un laconico messaggio: “refund made”.
Quindi, se si verifica un problema causato da loro, armatevi di pazienza. Ad oggi, non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. La transazione non appare nell’app, ma quando richiedo l’elenco completo delle transazioni, la vedo ancora in stato attivo. Inoltre, questa transazione ha aggiunto nuovi utenti al mio account che non posso rimuovere da solo - devo nuovamente contattare il supporto, affrontando di nuovo tutto questo calvario.

Ottimo prodotto per evitare code in biglietteria e per non dover decidere prima quanto sciare , con Mypass si paga il tempo sciato , consigliatissimo nei comprensori già convenzionati
Auspicabile l’ampliamento di utilizzo in altri comprensori ad esempio Monterosaski
La funzionalità che abbina il costo totale alla scontistica del comprensorio dell’80% e poi del 100% una volta raggiunte le soglie e’ estremamente interessante.

Scoperto nel 2019 e lo uso puntualmente dall’ora e sono più che soddisfatta. Ottima servizio formula super flessibile che consente di sciare avendo la libertà di decidere giorno per giorno quanto e dove sciare . inoltre quest’anno ho avuto un incidente sulla neve per cui ho sfruttato il my pass solo un giorno e se avessi acquistato anticipatamente un abbonamento completo avrei perso veramente molti soldi.

Utilizzo questo sistema da molto tempo quando ancora si chiamava key Fast e lo considero una grande comodità. 
Poter pagare quello che a fine giornata hai veramente utilizzato e non pagarlo prima è’ comodissimo . 
 Nei momenti di crisi vedi periodo covid si è sempre comportato all’altezza
L’introduzione dello sconto una volta raggiunta la soglia , per me che scio molto , e’ molto utile .

App di per sé molto buona e che utilizzo praticamente sempre, però c’è una grossa pecca che ho anche già fatto presente, come anche altre persone, ovvero manca la possibilità di aggiungere una carta aggiuntiva per il pagamento, in modo che una possa fare da backup (almeno due come minimo servono), in modo che uno possa scegliere.
Io ho più carte e mi piacerebbe decidere con quale carta procedere di volta in volta e non doverla cambiare ogni volta manualmente, non mi sembra una cosa così difficile da fare.

Good having a pay as you go system as we often ski less
Than a full day but start earlier than a half day rate. Being older the app system makes it easy to relax and enjoy without feeling ripped off because doing fewer runs but paying the same as the vertical counters! The algorithm seemed a bit odd sometimes : runs vs time but overall very good experience and easy to use.

Dopo 23 anni di stagionali con pagamento anticipato e rischio al 100% a carico mio, è stato sorprendente passare al pay per use con il miglior prezzo senza neppure passare per la cassa. In due anni mi ha fermato solo il limite raggiunto con la carta di credito a Natale, ma avevo esagerato con i regali !!

Credo che questi siano i servizi aggiuntivi che avvicinano la gente allo sci,soprattutto chi vorrebbe ritornare a sciare ma non ha voglia di impegnarsi tutta la giornata. 
Ps:non mi sta prendendo il nichilismo name per la recensione e questo è molto molto sgradevole…soprattutto per chi vi dedica del tempo  come me.
Assolutamente inconcepibile è irritante.
Non correggo la survey per correttezza …ma fa incazzare …e molto !

Comoda perché si rinnova senza ulteriori adempimenti, si evita la coda e si paga il tempo effettivo di utilizzo degli impianti (molto apprezzato in tempi covid il caricamento autonomo del GP). Ho apprezzato il fatto che anche le salite estive concorrano al raggiungimento dei target per ottenere gli sconti. Mi è capitato che ci sia stato un errore nell’ addebito; in quel caso avrei preferito risolvere telefonicamente (in modo più veloce) invece di dover scrivere una e-mail (cosa che infatti poi per ragioni di tempo non sono riuscita a fare). Tutto è migliorabile, ma è un servizio molto buono e comodo.
