There is no logic to when or how long it will simply quit working, create log in error messages, stop responding to touch authentication, etc. If you are an employee trying to see your paycheck, you don’t qualify for support when having issues with your app. You are told the administrator of your payroll has to contact them. My boss shouldn’t have to deal with trying to fix an app on my phone. Ridiculous ### 1/5 — Login Failed *2021-07-26* Used to work great, past couple of weeks not working and keeps saying “login failed”. Have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and still not workings ### 1/5 — Won’t Log In *2021-07-19, version 1.4.3* I’ve had this app ~ one month and it’s already saying “Login Failed” when trying to Login. I had Face ID set up, with no username or password changes. And am able to log in via website with same credentials so it’s not related to incorrect username or password. Set a new password and use your newly set password for future sign in attempts. ### 1/5 — How do you make an account *2018-09-17* It goes straight to login and doesn’t let you make an account. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. This app is used directly with Thomson Reuters software, and account creation and management is handled within the associated software. If you are a member of a tax and accounting firm using Thomson Reuters software, you should speak to your firm administrator about creating an account. If you are a customer of a tax and accounting firm and have been directed to use this app, please use the login that your firm assigned you, or reach out to the firm for further assistance. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible login on app *2024-07-29* Always gives error when trying to login password on app. Basically useless app until the fix the login issues!!! Some days it works and then randomly won’t work. I mean BAD. Constantly having to change passwords, and when you change them 9 out of 10 times you still can’t login. I’ve been frozen out of my account before, redirected to the website and then still denied access. Not to mention the lag it takes to actually see your pay information. This is such a horrible app and a shady setup. Save yourself the headache. ### 1/5 — Good app but… *2022-01-07* …can’t log in. Which makes it a not good app. Worked fine for several months after getting going with MyPay. Then all of a sudden the app had login errors. I can login on my computer. I can login on mobile browser.
