Their response time to issues is horrendous. Go to atm, withdraw money and go physically deposit in your bank. Far less of a hassle that way than what I am experiencing. I followed the instructions reset my password however, when attempting to login again, I still received the same error. If you call the mypaymentvault phone number, you get a bunch of representatives that have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and will keep transferring you back to the main menu where you don’t get anywhere. I opened up a chat inquiry and was told that I would receive an email, which I did however they email stated that email is no longer supported and then I must use the WhatsApp phone number or the contact us section of the app/website. That’s all fine and dandy except for those of us that can’t even login in the first place. What a joke. ### 1/5 — Most transactions denied. *2026-04-27, version 2.19.1* The best card to have if you don’t ever want to spend your own money because they won’t allow you. Wanna buy on Amazon ? Denied for risk protection. Wanna buy cameras or expensive equipment with your own money? Denied . Wanna buy a cheap video game ? Denied. Most of your transactions will be denied and you will have to talk to a bot to ask them to allow you to use your own money. They will say it was for risk protection and try again. And it will still be denied . ### 1/5 — The Worst. *2026-03-23, version 2.18.0* Hate this low budget bank my employer uses to save a buck. Can't view any card info on the app at all other than the last 4 digits. Can't buy anything online and not even in person as some places require the 3 digit pin. Cannot register more than one card per account, useless app. Cannot access any information of card and cannot add to Apple or phone wallet. Asked for the correct pin if the one I was told is wrong, they say it’s the same as I keep getting declined for “incorrect” pin with. So what’s the truth? No solution offered other than the same “explanation” that its my problem. A literal mystery if you have access to your money or not when you need to use it, then they charge you a $.50 decline fee as an additional middle finger to you after they decline a $100 purchase when there’s thousands supposedly on the account. The forgot password function barely works. The customer service is mostly nonexistent. And Chatbot is useless. It’s been a week and I still have not received the funds in Venmo , despite the app saying the money has left my Biolife card. Disputing is a whole inconvenient process. (What was I saying? oh, yeah~) misplaced notch! somehow right after the card gets utilized money comes off of it little by little so it’s best to spend it as fast as possible in one shot preferably also the app is trash. Even though it has a remember me option or remember my device option. every time you try to re-open the app it makes you go through the whole verification method all over again I mean how many verification hurdles do I have to jump through in order to get to a $20 card balance? or less…. ### 5/5 — My payment vault *2025-09-09, version 2.13.0* Horrible app! ### 5/5 — Call support to lock & unlock card *2025-02-21* For the people having problems logging in you can just call support anytime you want to lock or unlock your card if your card is already locked after putting in details it will send you str8 to customer service if your card isn’t locked just press fraud option to go str8 to customer service you can only login in using website rn cause ig there app is undergoing maintenance at the moment ### 5/5 — 2024 might have updated system *2024-10-04* Fist time had issues confirming pin and what not . Called customer care and they helped out . Managed to link bank for transfers . Transfer fee waived by transferring more than 300$ . I suggest transferring once a month to avoid fees. More info on their page on how to avoid the fees . I downloaded this app. I put in my card information. I was able to check my balance. The end. ### 5/5 — Northlane rebranded as Onbe *2022-12-23, version 1.3.8* I can say that the information the last review gave regarding having a Hard time Registering and Activating the card through the Website/ and APP was correct! Customer service could not figure it out. Well! I figured it out. After you have to result to calling the number to activate your card. You have to wait a couple of hours after you activate the card by phone. Then you will be able to register the card on the Website/ or App. This should be added to the literature they send. Once you have access to your account. You can transfer your funds off of the card into your checking or savings account. The over all website is nice once you have access. ### 5/5 — Works as it Should *2022-11-14, version 1.3.8* Looks like a lot of complaints on here.
