Posted the review below a while back but now I can’t even get into the app. Crashes immediately. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Had problems with this app for a few weeks. Contacted live chat while logged in from my pc and they told me to delete and download it again. I did so and still can’t get in. Can I give this zero stars??? Come on guys, you ought to be able to make this work! 😔
