MyPBM helps you create, maintain, and present your own advance directive and emergency medical information.

Use the guided interview to record your treatment preferences, healthcare agent details, and blood refusal instructions. Generate a structured directive, keep it available on your device, and create emergency-ready wallet cards, posters, and QR access for responders.

MyPBM also includes an educational reference library on patient blood management and bloodless medicine topics, with source attribution. The app is designed to help you organise and communicate your own preferences clearly.

MyPBM does not provide medical advice, legal advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision support.
