No more writing titles on post its for my visits to the library. ### 1/5 — Can’t open app *2021-04-27* 4/27 Doesn’t anyone look at these reviews or check that the updates actually work? Update 4/25: Still can’t use the app at all - immediately crashes after opening. PLEASE fix this ASAP! Since downloading the update yesterday, I can’t get the app to open - it gets to the welcome screen & crashes into the background. Please, please fix this! I use the app almost every day. Normally I’m pretty happy with the app, although I really miss being able to read other’s reviews & leave more than just a star rating. We could do both in the old format of the app. It would be nice to get that capability back. It would also be nice to be able to customize your homescreen to choose what categories you want to see, rather than the preassigned New, TV & Video, Events, etc. most of which don’t interest me. I miss the old Recently Reviewed category - I found a lot of good books that way. ### 2/5 — Random account drops *2020-08-28* Worked fine for about a year, then suddenly began giving misinformation, eg No Books Checked Out, then started saying Account ID or PIN not correct. Nothing worked to fix it. Began logging in via the web. ### 1/5 — Miss old app *2020-05-18* The old app worked great! This new one is terrible. I cannot see my holds list, my materials that are out, etc. I end up logging on to the library website instead. ### 3/5 — Love digital library app - but crashes CONSTANTLY *2019-11-22* I love that the library has an app and is embracing the digital times. I love reading books but ever since I got my kindle I love ebooks so much. I bring my kindle everywhere. I have thousands of books on it. Plus the kindle app on my phone and iPad. So libraries adding themselves to the digital age is amazing. The app UI is pretty nice - makes sense for the most part to find and use things. ————— The only issue I really have is that I will start to do something and the app crashes. I open the app again and try to do something again and it crashes again. I open it and try to do something else. It is loading. Then it crashes again. I hope the crashing issues get fixed soon. I know it takes a lot to program and troubleshoot issues. This app is very hard to use with how frequently it crashes though. Otherwise a great app so far. Can’t wait to see new features added as well. ### 3/5 — Crashes *2018-11-08* Overall, the app is helpful but I still prefer to use a physical location well before the app for anything but quick searches.
