How many times you have to put in your challenge questions. *2024-10-02, version 24.1.70* You are making a deposit. No other bank that our family deals with requires you to answer a challenge question to deposit a check. It’s like this this is an app put out by a bank/credit union which does not want you to ever use the app. As a bonus, it disables your Face ID and makes you logon with your password and challenge questions three times more often than any other bank we’ve worked with. ### 1/5 — Cannot Open PCU app *2023-04-01, version 22.2.80* All of a sudden today I cannot open this app. I just updated my iPhone to iOS 16.4. What is the problem, please? ### 1/5 — App will not open iOS 16.4 *2023-04-01, version 22.2.80* The app will not open at all on iOS 16.4. Tap the icon and a white screens pops up and almost immediately closes back to the Home Screen on my phone. Please fix. ### 1/5 — App is buggy and terrible *2022-12-30, version 22.1.100* this app makes me want to switch banks ### 1/5 — So many errors!!!!!! *2021-03-31, version 20.2.81* The old app used to bug out every once in a while and not let me in- this one does it almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to log in. Instant balance almost never works. Almost every time I type my password in it comes up with an error code saying I need to call my bank. Figure it out PCU! ### 1/5 — This App needs to be fixed 1/30/21 *2021-01-31, version 20.2.60* I rarely use this app but when I do more often then not I get an error message telling me to contact the bank. Usually after about 10-15 minutes it will let me log in like it should. The other frustrating bug is it will randomly give me the error message after I’ve logged in and I’m going through my accounts. Now it freezes on start up with a white screen and crashes back to desktop on my IPhone. I did like the app now I have to use my browser to access Peninsula CU. Please fix it!! I have to go to town and do it in person and to add now there is a verification code I have to wait for and sometimes our phones are down and I’m unable to get the call ### 3/5 — Changed name of account *2020-11-23, version 20.1.202* In my name of a checking account I included an “&” sign. The PCU Mobile app changed that to “&”. The website which I access on my laptop and desk top (OSX) did not. There is no way for me to change this. I have seen this occur on an unrelated email which I occasionally receive from another business. It must be systemic.
