MyPearl Reward Merchant is the official companion app for merchants enrolled in the MyPearl Rewards loyalty program. If you are a shopper, please install the consumer "MyPearl Rewards" app instead.

Designed for store owners, supervisors, and front-counter staff, MyPearl Reward Merchant turns any phone into a complete point-of-engagement tool — issue loyalty points, redeem customer vouchers, accept reward-linked payments, and review your store's performance, all from a single secure app.

• Award points in seconds — Enter the purchase amount, scan the customer's MyPearl QR code, and points are credited instantly. Calculator-style entry keeps the till queue moving.
• Redeem vouchers at the counter — Scan a customer's voucher QR to validate and burn it on the spot. No paper coupons, no manual lookups.
• Accept reward-linked payments — Process payments that integrate with the customer's MyPearl balance, with confirmation receipts inside the app.
• Track every transaction — Browse the full transaction history per outlet, filter by date, and export to CSV for your accounting workflow.
