Easy online access to your heating system:
The app gives you full access to you ÖkoFEN heating system with just one click. You can view all settings at any time and from anywhere and make changes if necessary.
Top functions:
• Multi-system: Up to three systems can be managed per end-user account
• Immediate overview of whether everything is in order with the system
• Push notifications for important information about the heating system
• User interface is identical to the heating control panel

La chaudière à granulé de bois et l’application fonctionne parfaitement. Mais n’oublions pas que c’est l’artisan qui fait 80% du travail pour un bon réglage. Depuis 3 ans pas déçu

Ottima applicazione per monitorare la caldaia. Qualche comando per la gestione in più sarebbe gradito. Una pecca: con questo rilascio è sparita la voce INFO dal menù Generale e non si possono vedere da remoto eventuali messaggi di errore. Vorrei riaverla…

Something is overruling the reduced mode setting it to 8 degrees. Been trying to get it to work with the help of AI, without success. Either fix your app or offer a manual support service in the app.

Die App funktioniert und tut was sie soll ohne viel SchnickSchnack. Das ist wunderbar.

Nach dem Update scheint die (iOS) App die Fähigkeit verloren zu haben selbst .png Bilder anzuzeigen und versucht diese herunterzuladen zu laden und eine andere App zu nutzen- das ist sehr umständlich und betrifft in meinem Fall die meistgenutzte Funktion der App, auch will ich garnicht die ganzen Graphen irgendwo auf meinem Mobiltelefon… Ich bitte darum die direkt Anzeige wieder zu ermöglichen.

Nach dem letzten Update ist es nicht mehr möglich sich den Graph des Tages anzeigen zu lassen. Es war schon immer ein wenig umständlich diesen aufzurufen, aber jetzt … Ich hoffe auf das nächste Update.

Très satisfait de la chaudière par elle même . Cette année , nous en avons installé une seconde sur notre résidence principale. Nous sommes très mécontents de la commande à distance de cette chaudière. Très gros problème de connexion à distance. Nous avons tout réalisé seuls et avec notre installateur . Vu , aussi , le problème avec notre opérateur internet . Nous ne pouvons pas avoir de connexion à distance sur les 2 chaudières en même temps. L’une supprime l’autre. La connexion à distance nous est indispensable.
Merci de remédier à notre problème.
