I filled in all pages with a struggle but when I had finished it wasn’t made clear that I had actually finished. I looked out for the email today, so now I have received it, I assume all is well. From here in the USA, I first tried to use my US Green Card which is accepted as an ID everywhere. The app said something like “this document cannot be accepted, please use another document.” I then used my UK Passport, and the process was successful. My wife, a Surrey County Pensioner, recently used her Green Card on her Surrey Pensioner app, and was successful. It would be good if you could add the US Green Card as an acceptable ID. If my UK Passport is not with me because it has been sent back to London for renewal (it takes months to get a new passport), I will have problems using My Pensionid. The prompts were clear, even whilst taking the ‘live photo’.
