## What is MyPerfectCoach Coach?

The colour indicators on the main screen show who's suffering and who's doing well.
Zooming in to one athlete shows all the comments for training, injury, nutrition and personal notes addressed to you.
Next zoom level shows even more details of the training data.
The app is only available when invited by an athlete. The athlete manages your access to their data.

### 1.5 — 2023-07-02

The notification system is improved aowing for instant messaging to and from the athletes.

### 1.4 — 2023-06-27

In this update we improved the speed of notifications. When athletes send a note via the athletes app to the coach it wil show up immediately.

Also some general updates and a small usability improvement.

### 1.3 — 2020-12-08

In this update we have improved the communication between the athletes app and the coach app.
When an athlete enters a remark, a notification will be sent to the coach immediately.
This channel will also be used to report remarkable scores directly to the appropriate coach.

### 1.2 — 2019-07-31

In this major update of the MyPerfectCoach system we focus on feedback.
Feedback after a training session and after a morning HRV measurement.

The training reports will be shown in the app. This is quicker and saver. The reports will show all collected data streams. Not only heart rate, but also speed, power and cadence. We will add features to this reports in the coming months.

The recovery measurement is showing more details about recovery, heart rate and the different subjective measures. It will be easier to analyse results form your athletes right from the app.

Displaying the notes has been improved. Football and Volleyball are added sports.
