I downloaded this thinking it was 4 dollars, it then changed to 23 dollars a month. When I was told my subscription was cancelled, I later discovered I was still being charged. There were even months where I was charged twice. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I made two accounts. I asked for proof of these two accounts and they would not show it to me. Please do not give these people your money, they do not deserve a single dime. This app is a complete facade. For a single resume, they had taken hundreds of my money, and only offered a partial refund. This has been the most frustrating customer experience I’ve had. Not only did it make me believe that it was going to fit all my information into one page as it didn’t show the page breakers initially until I bought access to my resume, but they intentionally make it hard for you to cancel your subscription! I’ve been waiting for the settings to load on my computer as that is the only way to manage your payments, however the page just does not load even though the page says there is nothing to load after refreshing. The only way to cancel your payment is to contact them which is very inconvenient and frustrating! This company is dependent on hidden subscriptions that I was not aware of. I initially paid a total of $2.35 for my resume and will be getting charged $24 for the subscription every month which I did not agree to.
