MyPermobil has been developed with real-time connectivity in mind and strengthens your independence by providing continuous real-time information on individual battery range estimates, distance and seating behaviour. Download MyPermobil to get more out of your Permobil power wheelchair.

MyPermobil communicates directly with your power wheelchair to get the most up-to-date information. A Permobil exclusive advanced calculation method provides in app estimated remaining travel distance and lets you know when it's time to charge or replace batteries. Now you can go further with confidence in your power wheelchair.

From where you have been to where you want to go. The MyPermobil app provides an integrated map that can assist you on your power wheelchair journey. Additionally, seat activity tracking provides support by remembering seating behaviour and can therefore facilitate communication with healthcare providers.

MyPermobil requires additional hardware on your power wheelchair. All of Permobil's M3 Corpus, M5 Corpus, F3 Corpus, F5 Corpus, and F5 Corpus VS in the USA, Canada and Australia after December 2017 are equipped with such hardware.

This app started off great when I first received my chair, but then it started messing up. At first, I couldn't change the color of my lights, and then I can't make the GPS function anymore. When I updated the app the light-changing function now works. But the GPS still doesn't. Some new features are now available but I can't use any because it tells me that I need to make sure that I have the newest version of the app. I do and it is not working. I miss my GPS it was fun seeing all the places I had been to. I don't know if this app will ever work correctly.

This app time out on me and I have to go my email and get a code and it’s huge hassle for me and I don’t have email on my phone and I can’t to be sigň in on both of my iPad and iPhone.

I have been using my permobil M3 Corpus since 2021. The app was working fine until 5 days ago. Now it no longer tracks my data. It continuously says battery is 100% and that I haven’t used my chair. Everything is at baseline and I’m really frustrated. I loved this app but there is no way to troubleshoot this issue. I’ve restarted the mot, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. All to no avail. I hope they figure this out soon. I loved this feature when it was working

So this app worked really well for me and my M3 chair for the last almost 5 years up until recently for the last two days the battery Part hasn’t been registering. It says it’s plugged in When it is not but the chair configurations for the seat are working fine. I’ve done all the resets and reinstalled the app and it’s still not Working I hope Permobil can get this figured out eventually because I really like using the app cause I am planning on getting an MVS chair within the next six months

I’m seeing multiple reviews similar to the one and I’m about to leave stating that the app is not operating at all. I see the information about my chair such as the serial number but I see no updates with respect to my battery operation, seating information, etc. Please fix this app. It’s really important for us!

Hi Permobil 

This app needs to be improvè because I can’t sign in on both my iPad and iPhone at same time I need this app on both my devices and this app needs verification every time I waňt log into app and it’s not conducive for me and I have no email on mý iPhone.

This app is decent, in my opinion, but it doesn't allow you to adjust your seating position and lights. I wish I could do that.

The app does not work consistently. The GPS portion of the app is quite buggy. Even though the GPS is on it does not show locations. I have been instructed in the past to turn the power to the chair off and then back on but being in the chair that is impossible! The app would be a nice addition if it worked correctly.
