Myhealthpersonas has increased my awareness of how every aspect of my life contributes to my happiness , my health and my success.  I have learned where my strengths are and how I can use them to deal with challenging moments.  My health guide is not sitting at some call center, but a healthcare professional who offers me private and objective  listening and advice when I ask for it without any judgements.
