Too many times have I purchased an outdoors product with expectations from advertisement capability, just to be let down. Cost is affordable for quality of purchase. Thought had problem with battery, contacted customer service, same day reply and with just a couple communications the rep had me back up and running. Was simple human error(mine). Am an outdoors recreation and hunting guide. Clearly lighting is of UTMOST necessity. Recommend PETZL to all fellow colleagues. In my circle of ppl in same industry are almost all using PETZL with satisfaction on professional level. CANNOT operate without lighting. No room for error/malfunction in real time operations in deep country. Therefore PETZL is my go-to equipment of choice. Confidently recommend to all, for personal and professional use.
