The price for fuel often disappears. The journey timer is flawed as trips that take no more than twenty minutes show up as 5 hours. When showing your journey, it shows the start and end point but you could have taken any route to get there. The link to car manual is poor. It does not let you save the manual. Would be nice to see what options you should have in your car as the VIN number is saved. Then you can try figure out why options are missing in your car but present on other exact same models. ### 3/5 — Good features, but… *2026-08-13, version 1.54.2* The app has gods features, but I’ve downloaded the updates it has recommended, but can’t get them to install in the car. Apparently, the update it is recommending no longer has a licence certificate. The app just never works, you get it connected to the car, the next day it’s disconnected you. As soon as you switch the car on the app automatically opens but then asks to add a vehicle or login in. Just work!! My wife’s Range Rover app has never logged me out in the 4 years we’ve had the car. ### 4/5 — I would like to keep log in all the time *2026-08-11, version 1.54.2* Initially, I like these log. Journey data, battery level and referred the time for it to be charge. But I have to log in like every week. It would be worth if Peugeot add passcode to stop unnecessary log in. Logs you out for no reason and climate commands are hit and miss ### 1/5 — Still unreliable *2026-08-05, version 1.54.2* Update - August 2026 Fixed the no synching issue by deleting and reinstalling the app. Lost all the data in the app but at least it functions. Didn’t have to update the touchscreen software to get it working. Now records the journey, but still logs me out randomly and deletes the petrol price for no reason. I receive monthly Peugeot Health Check reports as an option in the app but the last two have said all is fine with the car when there’s been a manufacturers recall on it for the last two months. My local Peugeot dealer tells me the option to book an appointment with a dealer (advertised in the Health Check email) isn’t live or synced with the Stellantis database yet. Complained to customer care and got a random response not linked to my complaint. Just not trustworthy. June 2026 Has stopped downloading journeys. Have re-paired the Bluetooth and logged out and back in. Nothing fixes it. Have used the app for many years across 3 cars and several iPhones to. It constantly logs me out, doesn’t retain the fuel price, doesn’t download journeys reliably. Tried contacting Peugeot and got a dismissive email with no suggestions of how to fix it. Update: Peugeot sent an email saying they would call within 5 days. They haven’t. Then emailed saying they were closing the case as I hadn’t responded. Eventually sent an email saying to follow the steps in a FAQ doc but their link leads to an invalid page and they haven’t emailed it as requested. Doesn’t look like Peugeot Customer Support seriously wants to support customers or fix their unreliable software. Update - and yes, I’ve contacted Peugeot support through their official channels, have a case number and have sent logs. ### 1/5 — Do not pay for the Connect Plus subscription *2026-08-03, version 1.54.2* This app keeps getting worse and worse. And the developers are so lazy, they don't even bother to specify what they have tried to 'fix' in each app version. They cut and paste the same description for every new release "This new version includes technical improvements as well as several fixes following the last release." And despite the most buggy and useless app in existence they have the cheek to charge £8.99/ month for something that will frustrate you more than it will actually help you. According to the app, yesterday I travelled 7.8 miles, the consumption was 0.8miles/gallon and the cost was £105.97!!! And as for the remote features, I've hardly ever had to remote lock/unlock my car and the one time I forgot where I parked and tried to use the app to find it, it wouldn't allow me to log in. Spend your hard earned money on an AirTag if you need this functionality rather than throwing it at this useless app. ### 1/5 — Poorly executed application *2026-08-03, version 1.54.2* I’m afraid there is nothing worth mentioning about this app other than a resounding fail! Doesn’t update trips accurately, doesn’t list connected services, whereas the web site display them accurately… Makes a proud Frenchmen in Australia cringe.. Constantly logs me out, when signing in I often have to repeat the process 2-3 times for no apparent reason. The air con activation works about 20% of the times I try to use it. The battery charge level frequently won’t update.. the list is endless! Aber es kommen immer mehr Probleme! Anfangs hat es mir jede Fahrt bei offener App ins Fahrtenbuch übertragen, das funktioniert schon lange nicht mehr. Und wenn dann nur manuell, in dem man die App ständig neu startet. Auf diese Weise bekommt man immer einen gewissen Datensatz übermittelt, zumindest bis die App stagniert und wenn man mal alle Datensätze hat, hängt man trotzdem ca. 3 Monate zum aktuellen Datum hinterher. Dann gibt es in der App ja die Option Services zu verlängern, wie das TomTom Traffic. Äh nein, das funktioniert nicht! Am Ende muss man sich dafür online bei Peugeot anmelden oder zum Händler fahren. Mittlerweile funktioniert nicht einmal mehr das anmelden in der App, es wird einem immer von einem "Fehlerhaften Datensatz" erzählt, wenn man seine E-Mail und das Passwort eingibt. E-Mail und Passwort sind richtig, da ich mich ohne Probleme online bei Peugeot anmelden kann. Kurz und knapp, so wie der aktuelle Entwicklungsstand ist, kann man sich die App schenken! Das bekommen andere Hersteller deutlich besser hin. ### 5/5 — Application non stable *2024-07-05* Bonjour Comme les autres utilisateurs de l’application je constate régulièrement des problèmes de connexion avec mon véhicule e208 de 2024. Les développeurs à part demander au utilisateurs de remplir un formulaire ne réagissent pas très vite pour régulariser ce disfonctionnement qui est récurrent depuis quelques mois vu les commentaires. Merci de faire le nécessaire car s’il faut payer 80 euros par an pour un logiciel non opérationnel, je ne vois pas l’utilité de cette dépense. Un de nos agents analysera votre demande. ### 5/5 — Sprachfehler *2024-05-02* Neben den Problemen, die die App ständig mit dem Standort des Fahrzeugs hat, ist nun auch Kroatisch als Sprache so dominant, dass selbst ein Umschalten und das Auswählen der deutschen beziehungsweise zum Beispiel auch der englischen Sprache nach kurzer Zeit immer wieder dazu führt, dass die App von selbst zurück zu Kroatisch wechselt. Ein elender Bug, der nun schon seit längerer Zeit nicht behoben wird. Ich bin schon ein bisschen enttäuscht über die Leistung in diesem Zusammenhang durch einen renommierten Fahrzeughersteller wie Peugeot. Bereits in meiner Jugend in den siebziger und achtziger Jahren hat meine Mutter auf Peugeot vertraut. Heute wünschte ich, Sie knüpften an die Zuverlässigkeit von damals an, werte Verantwortliche! Mais depuis quelques mois, la synchronisation avec ma 3008 (de 2015) se est impossible voir difficile avec mon potable (Samsung et maintenant IPhone). Par conséquent, il ne charge plus les trajets effectués. Régulièrement, j’installe les mises à jour système et carte. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ces problèmes. J’espère avoir un retour de Peugeot.
