I hope you didn’t pay the developers a lot of money for the change in UI. Please change it back to the previous UI to instantly improve its functionality and usefulness to users. ### 1/5 — Still locked out of my app *2019-06-14, version 4.5.3* Still locked out of my app. Can’t submit for a new password ### 1/5 — Poor service *2018-06-28, version 4.4.3* Very poor since the new update cannot access most of the data . I am not happy that I can no longer see that my prized possession is safe! I hope that they are not having issues with their track ability!! ### 1/5 — Not impressed. *2014-11-25, version 1.0.1* Up graded my tracking system but still not working even though the new system uses all the phone networks. 3times I have tested the system and 3times it has not sent an activation alarm to the tracking / monitoring centre. £150.00 not well spent in my opinion. ### 2/5 — Loses battery info *2026-02-21, version 6.2.0* This version (6.2.0) keeps losing battery information and there is then no graph. Have to log out and back in. Not as easy to navigate or use. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Good *2019-07-09, version 4.6.0* I’ve found this very good and well worth having fitted to my van ### 5/5 — Phantom caravan tracker *2018-02-13, version 4.4.1* Brilliant bit of kit and fantastic app as we store our caravan away from home I can monitor the battery levels from my phone and we are notified of any activations immediately after they happen ### 4/5 — Useful apart from battery charts *2023-10-11, version 5.4.0* Happy with the app generally, especially now alerts can be cancelled. 2 improvements that would help me. Update the voltage charts to show 11-13v rather than starting at 0. Ability to set the door alarms only (not motion). I doubt this is possible… but hey, good to ask ### 4/5 — App update *2023-02-06, version 5.2.0* Great app not only for tracking but battery charge, BUT, why have you changed the presentation of the voltage indicator. It is ugly and less helpful. Having green, amber & red was much more useful. ### 4/5 — Was excellent but *2022-08-31, version 5.0.2* I really liked this when I only had the Tracker fitted to my Camper van however now I’ve had your Alarm fitted it no longer reads to say my Tracker is working. I was worried about this so I phoned the people that fitted it and Phantom etc support only to be told that ‘ yes that won’t work now’ Surely you could do something about this as it was reassuring to see on this App that it was working. Maybe a redesign of the App to some how read that both are working. ### 4/5 — Generally Good, But Room for Improvement *2019-09-11, version 4.6.1* Tracking data very accurate, refresh rate as mentioned by others could be quicker, but in my case it may be more to do with the quality of the mobile network signal strength in my area. Would be good if one could view a list of alerts from within the App, I’ve found it easy to miss the banner that flashes up on my iPhone. ### 3/5 — Subscription renewal ? *2024-05-24, version 5.5.0* The App is decent enough. But it is impossible to renew a subscription through the App, which is strange. ### 3/5 — Accessibility Issues. *2023-11-11, version 5.4.0* The light grey colour used on battery history and mileage graph are too light and means that you can’t see the readings. ### 3/5 — Dashboard change *2023-02-07, version 5.2.0* Poor changes. Change needs to improve things not make them worse! Simple red and black has little context. Change it back please. ### 3/5 — Ok but could be better *2018-10-29, version 4.4.4* This app will eventually show you on the map and tell you in location where the vehicle is but it is slow to update even with manual refreshing of the screen. The battery voltage graph is useless. The final 25% of the graph dates just overwrite each other making them unreadable in both portrait and landscape orientation on iPhone 6s+.
