myPHOENIX is the official App for Railway Diagnostic and Monitoring Technologies (RDMT) of voestalpine SIGNALING.

It provides a direct and interactive connection to your installed base of monitoring equipment and all customer related service processes.

myPHOENIX will improve your maintenance process through information on system status and configuration, creation of service inquiries (RMA), tracking of repair status and features for immediate customer feedback. Failure statistics will inform you on system performance and quality.
