Everything is turned on, it just quit working, it disconnects itself from my devices and it is extremely annoying when you want to connect for obvious reasons. As I write this review, only the left side is connected, right side just won’t connect. Hope it gets better. ### 3/5 — I’m Stuck With these *2026-08-29, version 7.5.1* I’m on my second pair of Hearing Aids issued to me by the veterans administration phone act is OK but I don’t like their app. I don’t know if it’s just my hearing level but when my Hearing Aids switched to streaming via Bluetooth, there’s just nothing but dust and noise in the background I have to constantly go into the app and adjust the sound settings for Bluetooth. There’s no way to save them and make that automatically start when Bluetooth starts frequently. My programs just switched back to automatic by themselves too. Cut echo ### 2/5 — Find my hearing aids and co. *2026-08-27, version 7.5.1* I love that there is now a ‘find my hearing aids’ in the new update but it still needs a bit of work. I tried it out, and where it states “move so the signal strength increases” it doesn’t actually do that - the signal strength doesn’t increase, so you can’t tell if your close or not. But a fantastic idea nonetheless. Also there are still issues with connectivity, it takes far too long to connect to the hearing aids!!!! Please improve this app ### 4/5 — Auracast for the infinio sphere ultra? *2026-08-25, version 7.5.1* I’ve been patiently waiting two years for my Infinio sphere to get the promised auracast update. It’s one of the main reasons I purchased the aid. However although this latest update promises auracast it is not showing. Will we ever get the update??? ### 3/5 — App with potential *2026-08-24, version 7.5.1* I do want this app to work as it should. On the positive side it is a useful thing to have and can help in many situations. On the negative, setting change when SMS are received or transmitted… the same either WhatsApp, emails. Saved individualised programmes can simply disappear. It disconnects from the hearing aid for no reason that I can determine AND it has been like this for years. Phone know about these problems but have yet to address the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. ### 4/5 — Hearing aids. *2026-08-19, version 7.4.2* The connection between my phone and my hearing aid is constantly dropping out,why does this happen every time I listen to music or phone? ### 2/5 — Connectivity Issues *2026-08-19, version 7.4.2* App consistently drops one or both of the hearing aids multiple times an hour when Bluetooth streaming despite strong and constant fibre internet connection . Can take up to 15 mins to get them to reconnect. Extremely frustrating. Need to go back to my AirPods in order to stream music etc. Everytime I open the app they loss connection, one will connect, say the right, but the left won’t. Went the left finally connects the right one drops. More than 50% of the, usually when I need it quickly, this POS app is disconnected from my phone, always requiring rebooting the aids and/or phone. Never had that problem with my old Resound aids. Goodbye Phonak. ### 1/5 — Still not a useable blue tooth device. *2026-08-23, version 7.4.2* All Bluetooth connections are flaky. Sudden volume increases are distracting. Audio volumes are often out of control range. Left hearing aid often doesn’t connect. Of course, left and right sound levels are unpredictable due to ear canal changes in hearing aid placement. ### 1/5 — Worst pair I’ve ever owned *2026-08-23, version 7.4.2* I’ve had these phonak hearing aids for almost two years and I deeply regret getting them. The Bluetooth feature would be nice if I didn’t have to reconnect my hearing aids to my tv several times a day because they decide to disconnect on their own. There hasn’t been a single day where they’ve actually stayed connected to the tv while watching. Not one. ### 1/5 — Software broken. *2026-08-19, version 7.4.2* It does’t work. ### 1/5 — Feedback Review *2026-08-17, version 7.4.2* The compromised clarity, unreliability, connection problems, closing completely down unexpectedly, needing to have phone on silent so the setting remains and doesn’t transfer from automatic to mic; the whole system has been negatively impacted since Phonak has made changes to the app. I wouldn’t even give it one star for the amount of times recently the hearing aids have stopped working. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. ### 1/5 — App almost impossible to connect *2026-08-15, version 7.4.2* The hearing aids work and connect with my Bluetooth just fine but, whenever I try to use the app, it tells me the hearing aids aren’t connected and are trying to connect to my Bluetooth. After awhile the app informs me that connection failed. The only way l can get the app to work is to put the aids on their charger and then remove them — something I can’t do when I’m at a restaurant or somewhere else I might want to change their setting. ### 1/5 — Expensive- The Question is WHY? *2026-08-14, version 7.4.2* I’ve had these very expensive hearing aids for months now. Very disappointed. Fails to connect with app far too often. AI? In Spacial mode, it sounds exactly like the normal mode. I could go on and on about the deficiencies. I will never change brands again! I purchased a new pair and the guy talked me into purchasing a different brand. He was replaced and when I went in for an adjustment, I brought in my Phonak pair. I had a broken wire, and the tech said he could fix the broken wire, and I am back hearing great with my Phonak hearing aids!
