Can’t do what I need over the phone and it’s been months of being unable to connect via this app. Even after deleting and reinstalling, using Wi-Fi, cellular, and public wifi. So frustrating. ### 2/5 — Terrible App. Makes banking managing my auto loan a Nightmare. *2023-08-28, version 1.1.626* I have an auto Loan with PFCU that I’ve had for about 4 years. This app hasn’t improved AT ALL. Trying to make a payment requires a ridiculous run around in steps if you don’t bank with them as well. Then you get to where you should be able to make a payment, BUT it has a minimum payment set of $2,000! How many of us are making $2000 payments on a recurring basis?! TWICE I had to call and set up automatic payments and then you can’t even VIEW these on the app. You can’t edit. Remove info. You have to call, and wait, again, to make any changes at all to your scheduled payment and you have to do it at least 3 days in advance. I live in a small town now and wanted to bank where I live and support a more local bank, instead of a nation wide one. I have always had an account with one of the “big banks” and they don’t have this awesome feature, which is surprising to me! I never knew you could teleconference with your bank. I needed to use this feature because right now all bank lobbies are closed and they understandably needed to verify my identity before continuing my application.
