Even removed the app and reinstalled, still the same. Completely useless. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-03-01* Totally HORRIBLE!!! Times out in about 5 seconds. I would definitely give this app a 0 if only I could! Something needs to be done about ALL these issues!!!! ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-04-07* Can’t pull up claims. The app does nothing! Total trash and looking at the reviews it’s been broken for years. It constantly “times out” and requires you to login again, which kicks you back to the main menu. So you can’t even do simple things like check your deductible. And even if it doesn’t time out, it still doesn’t really work. For instance, it doesn’t even have my state (TX) as an option for finding providers.
