In my experience, the customer service and support have been extremely poor. They lock customers into lengthy three-year contracts and then continue renewing them, making it very difficult to leave. I also found that what was promised during the sales process did not match what I was later billed for. Communication was inconsistent, and I felt misled by the information I was given. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. I believe the company focuses more on keeping customers tied into long-term contracts than on providing good service. I would recommend reading the contract carefully and considering other providers before signing up. ### 1/5 — Worst mobile provider I’ve ever used *2026-07-02* I chose plan.com for my business and it has been, without question, the worst experience I've ever had with a mobile provider. My services were suspended because of an overdue payment. I paid the balance, but more than a week later my outgoing calls still hadn't been restored. I was repeatedly told there were no restrictions on my account and that everything was fine, yet I still couldn't make a single call. The most ridiculous part was that every time I tried to call from my phone, I was redirected to 02. 02 kept telling me they couldn't help because I wasn't their customer and that I needed to contact plan.com instead. So I was left in a situation where I couldn't even contact my own provider from my own phone. This is my business number. Their failure to restore my service cost me clients, work and caused an unbelievable amount of stress. In the end I had no choice but to switch to another provider simply so I could make phone calls again. I recently received a bill of over £400 after using this app to check my data daily on my new account. I received a text last week saying I was over my limit. I checked the app immediately and found I still had more than half my data unused, so thought it was a bot sending out a text to encourage you to buy the overpriced Bolt on data package. I did not buy this as I trusted the ‘live account data’ on the app. This happen once more a few day later. And again I immediately checked and yet again my data spend was still under half the allocation. A day later I checked the app again and I was still well under half my data allowance however later that day my call to my partner was ‘intercepted’ by Plan.com call centre and I was told I had over spent on my data by 6gb. And as a result my bill was now at over £600. When I protested and said I had checked the app that morning, I was told that the app doesn’t update that quickly!!! This in my view is pure fraud.
