You can have answers to your medical concerns 24/7 as soon as you can answer their nurses and doctors call. ### 3/5 — Can’t add a dependent *2023-03-02, version 1.6.6* I have a 4 y/o dependent but the app wouldn’t let me add. A red exclamation pops up and nothing happens when I try to. ### 3/5 — I am giving 3 stars because of the inconvenience *2022-11-03, version 1.6.4* 1. One it asks me to update the app but it has no update available 2. It asks me for my email and password but sends an OTP. I would rather that they do not ask for my password (since we do not always use this app the password is usually forgotten) just my email since they send an OTP to my email there is no need to ask for my password. By asking only my email they can check whether I have an account (in case I forgot I registered already before) or I need to register for a new account. Then redirect me to OTP page or registration page. 3. Last, sometimes some people are not tech savy especially the elderly or there is slow or limited internet in the area, there should be an option to just call and the nurse will be the one to encode the email and other information in the website on our behalf.
