I have a receipt. I tried scanning the codes at top and bottom and the app wouldn’t accept either of them. And Walmart is a covered store! Not enthused about an app that won’t accept receipts it SAYS it accepts. That’s almost $250 I’m not getting credit for. ### 3/5 — Not a Good Survey Platform *2026-06-02, version 2.11* The surveys do not payout. There is always conveniently a glitch at the end of surveys when the finish button doesn’t work. I only recommend this platform for the coupons/ rebates. It can be very slow to reach the payout threshold. ### 2/5 — Games not recording *2026-04-01, version 2.9* I’ve been a MyPoints user for over 25 years. I’ve always had good things to say about it and this year I started using the games to earn points. I’ve discovered several fun new games that I’m stuck with after getting the awards. While I have one game currently recording MyPoints credit, three other games I’ve downloaded are not registering with MyPoints and they will not let me submit a Help request until seven days are up. By then I will have missed out on the earliest timed awards from these games. In the past, probably 10 months tickets have gone unanswered and surveys have gone unpaid. Seems unacceptable but I have no way of contacting them. How does this get fixed???? Well the response was a joke. You would think 161points would be a $1.61 BUT that only actually equals a dollar. So it takes much more to get rewards. It takes about 40 points to cash out $25. They also disqualify after answering questions for THIRTY FIVE minutes. It's got to be illegal. I go to the activity, spend the time typing everything out, finding my receipt all over again, taking a photo, selecting the date, etc. to request help with an issue. I hit submit and it says it goes through, but literally every single time I receive no email and a ticket has never actually been made. This has occurred every single time (over 20 attempts) for three weeks. So the only thing I could do was find an old email where I got help, reply to that and literally beg and beg for help. All they have is AI now.. literally they just send the same exact 7 pre typed messages over and over and tell me to submit a ticket through the activity……. Well I do… it doesn’t work and does nothing. And just like the few replies here, all robot replies saying to reach out with those same instructions that literally don’t work. So there is literally NO way to get help. Can I please just get help with a receipt ? I don’t know what happened but points are not being credited and contacting customer service is useless. My Points should at least let us know they are no longer in business or whatever the reason is so that we aren’t wasting our time with them ### 1/5 — Awful Customer Service regarding my Points that just disappeared *2026-05-29, version 2.10* I had about 1800 points on my account when they suddenly disappeared and showed 0 for my balance. Customer service responded and they said the points didnt expire and they told me to log out and log back in. I did so but nothing changed so I contacted support again and the message told me they would get back to me WITHIN 30 days. Every other attempt to contact them to recover my missing points has been wasted for nothing. Do not waste your time or your resources using this lackluster app as if something goes wrong, support will not help you. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-05-14, version 2.10* Tried to claim over $20 worth of points and they deactivated my account. How many tickets have to be submitted to get something fixed. TrueX videos had not worked for a month. It directs you back to the discover page. You took away our ability to see our open tickets, you’ve made it impossible to contact you. You have no online presence AT ALL. Have you seen the complaints on your social media! Fix the surveys how many bit labs & poll fish surveys am I going to be scammed out of. I’m due the points for completed surveys that don’t credit. Don’t tell me to put a ticket in. You insult us by not giving us credit. I’m a long time mypoints member 18yrs to be exact! Happened to me twice this weekend already. Can’t submit a support ticket because it says it’s already been reviewed. They limited me to 1 survey a day for no good reason and refused to pay out the promised points when I purchased a product listed on their on Magic Receipts web page. One of the OG’s *2026-03-30, version 2.9* I’ve been using the MyPoints app since 2019, but I honestly can’t remember when I first joined… it had to have been around 2005! They are reliable, trustworthy, and cashing out has always been so smooth! I really don’t think I’ve ever had a problem, and if you do have questions for Support, they respond quickly. With so many scammy, unreliable receipt and offers apps popping up nowadays, MyPoints has been rock solid and always comes through! At Walmart they said unless it has a barcode it want work, I asked about keying in the numbers and they said it would only use a barcode. I tried at home to use the card when I ordered online and it was denied. I tried using it at an Old Navy store and once again it was denied. How do I use it and who can I contact about helping me? I also put $10 in my PayPal account and I can’t figure out how to use it either. I would appreciate your help.
