The bracelet was of extremely bad quality and it broke the day I wore it . I have been trying to reach out to them but with no luck . ### 1/5 — Not only the App the company is fraud *2022-06-25, version 2.8.6* - If the Product is damaged or not in the condition this company don't arrange a pickup for you… we have to spend our own money and send it back to them… - After sending as well they won’t give you your refund amt on time… mine is still pending…. - Don’t go on the pictures and the glamour shown on the app… you get products much cheaper on other apps .. This company is Fraud and a pain if u dislike any of their product… - Customer service is pathetic.. no resolution or help or even call back given by them.. The quality of the products was really bad. The gold plated diya had black spots. The glass cover for the diya was badly cut. When I spoke to their customer care for returns, they asked me to courier to them as they don’t have reverse pick up facility. All in all I had a bad experience plus now I have to go to the courier to return their defective products. I tried contacting you guys immediately but there was no response from your end for the longest time. 4. When I finally got a response, you told me to send the products back myself. This is not mentioned anywhere on your website. Yesterday I came to know that My Pooja Box has been using an image clicked by me for a commercial purpose. When I messaged them to remove it, they gave an automated reply. I seriously doubt their business ethics, they are a big company with 100k followers and they’re stealing work from a small independent business. No one pick up your phone in help line number (Never) you can try before order . Quality are very low . Size showing on app and delivered are very very very different. No revert on mail.
