### 1/5 — Able to connect but not control

I was excited to see an option other than the app from Pentair. I was able to connect to my local unit and the set up was easy and intuitive. But that was where it ended. I tried to control the pool heater or switch it from pool to spa and nothing worked. I should’ve known the first red flag was the pool water temp was wrong. Didn’t work at all for me. Canceled my free trial.

If you are considering this app it’s because you have a pentair system and the app experience is terrible. This app offers a huge usability improvement on top of the features of the pentair platform. Does it solve every issue - no. Does the underlying platform still have major constraints - yes. But this makes using it much easier. More importantly when you have issues, the developer support is the best I have ever experienced. Response within an hour, back and forth conversation, solved a bug and pushed a new version of the app within hours of reporting. Top notch. Worth the price.
