Used to work just fine but since the upgrade it no longer connects to the server - avoid this update

Apparently you need to purchase a license....... greedy

unfortunately  app is poor quality 

Disconnects from system on minimise. Obviously after that doesn't pop up on inbound 

Needs to remain connected and running in the background 

Blue tooth earpiece only acts as a microphone and  it then requires you to manually turn on loud speaker

Number pad does not work for auto attendant selections

I have been using this now for 6 weeks constantly and it’s another classic half baked unify product. Some bits work well such as calls (when you actually are able to accept a call). This product has too many issues to list it’s another poor offering

It provides all the key UC features I need. Very useful these days where Coronavirus keeps me away from the office. Stability significantly improved compared to older versions of the app.
