Why is he being forced to pay and can this issue be fixed? ### 1/5 — Stupidly buggy *2024-01-09* With horrible support team submissions that lead to me being unable to submit an nomination bug to support team, the bug itself making me unable to turn on notifications without receiving "you have been enrolled in a new course" notification every few hours for days. I attempted to submit this error in other webpages on safari only for those to fail due to me not being logged in despite the fact it asks for email to contact. If this issue never occurred I'm sure I'd be great but the support team is horrendous. ### 1/5 — Password reset *2020-12-14* The app is straightforward but it’s severely lacking when it comes to password resetting. This is literally the most important thing and it is the one point that takes the most time and it’s infuriating. The website states that it may take up to an hour to receive an email to reset the password “depending on your provider” my emails on all my accounts come in within 10 min (at the most) for any problems I may have. Why there isn’t an automated option to reset the password is beyond me but that’s just how it operates. Save yourself the headache and get a different app. ### 1/5 — Pay for attendance? *2020-02-17, version 3.73* Students already pay for tuitions, books etc. and now some teachers trying to make them pay for attendance! Basically you pay money to prove you are in class. What a joke! ### 1/5 — The Actual Worst *2018-09-06, version 3.33* "Hey let's make an app that charges students $20 to use for a semester bc professors are gonna be too lazy to take actual attendance!!!!" A business model made by robbing students is most definitely not commendable.
