### 5/5 — Helpful, motivating mental health app

*2025-03-05, version 5.4.3*

I am a therapist and tried this app out along with many others. I enjoyed this one as it stays focused on the positive while measuring all the symptoms to gain awareness as well as building a foundation of different coping skills. I highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Great App!!

*2025-02-27, version 5.4.3*

The few days I have been struggling with my mental health (anxiety, depression, ptsd) and this app has helped me alot since when I first downloaded it sometime after 10pm yesterday. It has helped me greatly by reminding me to take time to write down my thoughts, having me check in with how I am feeling etc... and the way it has encouraged me with the helpful stuff they have.

### 5/5 — Best mental health app for resources

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2024-11-16, version 5.4.3*

This app is really great, no in app purchases so you don’t have stuff popping about about premium every 5 seconds. I’ve tried many other mental health apps and this one is by far the best, I’ve been less stressed. Have recommended to my friends! Thanks!!! 😁

### 5/5 — Important help fighting my mental illness

*2024-10-07*

It creates a structure for my days.
Having time only for my thoughts and capturing my moods helps me break the patterns.

### 5/5 — Omg get this app now!

### 5/5 — How is this app free?

*2024-04-17, version 5.3.7*

What a thoughtful and thorough mental health companion. So glad I found it and excited to watch my progress

### 5/5 — Better than expected!

*2024-04-01, version 5.3.5*

It's so much better than I thought it would be!
I've been struggling with mental health problems recently, so I decided to start trying to take steps to improve my health. I started looking for some sort of app to help and came across this one which had good ratings.... turns out it was for a good reason!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2024-03-31, version 5.3.5*

Really good app. Clearly a lot of thought and love went into making this, and it makes the app feel so welcoming. Very helpful and useful for literally anything you’d need, from workouts to mindfulness. Can’t recommend this app enough

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No One to Talk To

*2025-09-21, version 5.4.3*

I just need someone to talk to as I don’t see my therapist enough and can’t afford to. I was hoping there would be people to talk to give advice or just listen to me since no one else in my life will, nope there’s just coping mechanism lists and Ted Talk style videos. I don’t get it. So what’s the point of this app?

### 1/5 — Useless for adolescents

*2022-12-21, version 4.5.2*

App Store guide says 12+ but registration requires certification user is 18+ therefore useless for adolescents

### 1/5 — App forgot I exist

*2022-10-20, version 4.4.1*

I loved the app but one day it showed disconnected and when I tried to log it won’t recognise me. I then had to sign up again as a brand new user and everything o had in the app is gone…

### 2/5 — AI tosh

*2025-02-11, version 5.4.3*

My workplace provides this app to us for free and I’ve had good experiences with it before. However last night I thought I’d try a sleep meditation. The one I chose, “mental relaxation for sleep”, as soon became clear, was complete AI-generated nonsense. It literally made me more awake as I strained to figure out what on earth it was saying and why My Possible Self thought this was at all relaxing. At one point the voice (also AI, and annoyingly so) randomly included the phrase “HAVE YOU MET YOUR MONTHLY TARGETS?”. Cue sweating, tossing and turning.
I was expecting a guided meditation, not this complete garbage.
Also - they use AI generated images too, so literally stealing from artists.

### 3/5 — Good

*2025-09-13, version 5.4.3*

It’s good and an improvement is a diary and colour theme and further personalisation also on the mood tracker I sometimes find ir hard to read 24 hr time

### 3/5 — Great

*2023-11-20, version 5.3.3*

This is so good it helped me a lot I had very bad sleep before but now it is great. Highly recommend thank you so much also check out happy : )

### 3/5 — Good free app but

*2023-06-29, version 5.2.0*

Some of the questions it asks aren’t clear. What does “manage your intake” mean? And sometimes the multiple choice questions aren’t varied enough. With mental health, it’s often not at all accurate to say “yes” or “no.” (even awful, bad, ok, good, and great are not enough sometimes) I’d also appreciate notifications that remind me that the app exists. I’d use the app more that way. I tend to use it first thing in the morning and then again at night.

That said, for a free app, it’s definitely good. In the middle of dealing with anxiety, it’s vagueness can make things a little worse though.

### 3/5 — Great for NTs, so-so for NDs

*2022-06-04, version 4.2.5*

As someone with a neurodivergent brain, I didn’t find this app particularly useful.

I would look again if there was an option to specify this which changed the assessment tools and available advice.
It would be nice if the app had the following features.
-Managing sensory stress and help to gauge.
-Information on recognising emotions experienced perhaps to help conditions with alexithymic features.
-Help in monitoring overuse of camouflaging/masking behaviours which can trigger ND burn-out.
-Energy accounting
-Guides/features that consider the role of disability on mental well-being both at work and home.

For the neurotypical population this app seems to have a good mix of features.

### 4/5 — Incredible! Completely free

*2024-02-20, version 5.3.5*

This has helped my mental health and helped me see my food balance, exercise, feelings and everything. Only problem is I can’t find some features on the app. Too many things to click on. A bit confusing. Otherwise perfect, can’t believe it’s free. There are vids, articles, podcasts, about everything. Defo recommend

### 4/5 — Very good

*2023-07-29, version 5.2.1*

### 5/5 — Wow.

*2026-04-21, version 5.4.3*

This app is so amazing!
If you could add the possibility to have a widget on the phone screen it’d be a reminder to use your amazing app. I’ve only just opened it today and yet I already love it.
Keep up the hard work.

### 5/5 — Best mental health app

*2026-01-07, version 5.4.3*

### 5/5 — This is the best mental health app that I’ve downloaded so far

*2026-01-02, version 5.4.3*

### 5/5 — 1 week in.

*2025-11-02, version 5.4.3*

Have been using for 7 days now, the podcasts are a good touch. Plenty to get through. Have found self reflection to aid with the feelings of depression. The grief journal is proving beneficial, certainly more than I thought it would.
NO ADS!! no additional payments, no gimmicks….. wish I’d found this sooner.
If unsure, try it.

### 5/5 — amazing

### 5/5 — Wow.

Im so shocked on how this is free. It lets you journal everything about your day, offers helpful videos, podcasts, ways to find professional help, it just has so many amazing features that makes me so incredibly shocked how they keep this free. I think its so important to get some at home help in your comfort zone, especially for younger people who cant pay. This is awesome ♥️
