Ever. It’s a super cute idea, not sure why the actual delivery is so inconsistent. My most recent order never arrived. I think I’ve learned my lesson and will be deleting this app. ### 3/5 — Not sure I’m sold *2026-07-30, version 1.169.2* I have used a competitor product which I think is superior, either I don’t know how to get the features with MyPostcard or they don’t exist. People love getting them! But my last few orders have taken 3-4 WEEKS to arrive. It’s just too long. When I reach out to Customer Care, they blame it on the mail system and offer to send another card, so then the recipient ends up getting two, which isn’t what I want at all. The postcards themselves are decent and the concept is great although the price has gone up quite a bit. But many features are not locked behind a subscription wall. I am already paying 4.50 to send a postcard in an envelope. Why does a postcard need to be a subscription service? You already charge me for every little add on which is fine I guess but pushing a subscription in addition is over the top. Little things like searching in addresses and for a week I randomly couldn’t send any postcards and support couldn’t work out why. I’m writing this review and the writing is white on a white background for example! Please reach out to us at support@mypostcard.com with your device details so we can investigate this personally. ### 4/5 — CREDIT PURCHASE ISSUES *2025-12-20, version 1.162.1* Great app with lots of creative possibilities but recently I have only been able to buy £25 in credits. When I attempt to purchase £35, £50 or £100 worth of credits the app pop-up tells me: “The payment process has been cancelled”. But I do not have this problem at all when I buy the minimum £25 of credits, and I am not having this issue with any other apps or websites - or my debit card. Why? When will this irritating glitch be fixed, please? I’ve already complained via the app but to no avail (hence a reluctant 4 stars). As I said, great app but why the delay in resolving the above reported issue? Many thanks. ### 3/5 — Great product. Unreliable app. *2025-12-12* Great product. App used to work really well but weeks ago the app stopped working and it won’t retrieve the price and therefore won’t send postcards - until I save draft, log out and close the app then sign back in. Website still works but doesn’t automatically pick up drafts saved in app. Also, be aware that if you are in Canada and order a postcard in an envelope, it comes with a US themed “stamp” on the postcard. Products are printed in USA and Europe. If you order certain add-ons from Canada, it ships from Europe and is very, very slow. Every time that I get to the screen to send a card after writing it, I get “Information is missing. The price could not be retrieved. Please confirm to retry”. Retrying has never worked. I have to uninstall the app and set it up again before it will let me send a card. ### 2/5 — Good when it works *2025-09-13, version 1.159.3* Useless if trying to send using mobile data. (Happens a bit when you’re travelling) You need to be on a broadband wifi else it errors saying it can’t retrieve a price - a bit of a moronic message with no options but to retry . Very frustrating and disappointing. ### 2/5 — Leider immer noch die gleichen Probleme *2025-08-27* An sich ist das eine gute App um individuelle Postkarten zu gestalten. Aber leider gibt es nach wie vor die gleichen Probleme mit der App wie vor 10 Jahren, wie vor 5 Jahren. Ich habe den Support deshalb schon mehrfach angeschrieben. Bis heute ist keine Verbesserung eingetreten. Mein Problem betrifft die Textlänge, die man auf die Karte schreiben kann. Ich schreibe ganz gern mal ausführlicher, Texte um die 1000 Zeichen. Dann wird mir bei der Standardeinstellung für Texte folgendes Fenster angezeigt „Text zu groß Der Text passt bei der aktuellen Schriftgrößen-Einstellung nicht auf die Karte. Schriftgröße jetzt ändern?“ Also drücke ich auf okay, ändere die Größe der Schrift auf XS und ändere dann noch die Schriftart auf einen anderen Stil und in der Vorschau sieht man, der Text passt locker auf die Karte. Es sind sogar noch mehrere Zeilen frei. Aber wenn ich auf den Pfeil drücken möchte um mit dem Bearbeiteten der Karte fortzufahren, wird mir wieder das gleiche Fenster mit der Fehlermeldung angezeigt. Und das Obwohl der Text laut Vorschau eindeutig mit ausreichend Platz auf die Karte passt. Keine Möglichkeit fortzufahren. Ich habe wie erwähnt dem Support dieses Problem mehrmal beschrieben und das schon vor Jahren. Bisher keine Anpassung. Schade. Leider habe ich noch Guthaben für die App. Sonst würde ich sie nicht mehr benutzen. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-08-13, version 1.170.0* This app has many UI bugs. Second order glitched the date 4000 years in the future and didn’t send. Had to contact CS who fixed it and (supposedly) sent it out. Third time seemed to go okay until the preview, when the text and address simply vanished. I’ve rebooted and restarted and all the things you do, and still there is no text visible. I’m over it. What information. 2. I have money in my account. 3. Address is us address used before 4. Can I strongly suggest that who’ve ever writes the error messages - they review them to be more helpful. I have contacted the help people. 5. This whole process could be much easier and less time consuming. ### 1/5 — Poof, gone- Postcards not received and not refunded *2026-03-25, version 1.162.3* My husband and I used this app to send each other love poems on the postcards for a long distance date. I ordered 1 postcard for the date postcard- and it sent, no problems. I was actually surprised at how little time it took to deliver. His postcard? poof, gone. Never received it, never refunded. I figured it must be a fluke with his order- I didn’t have any trouble with mine from that night. So I ordered a second for my friend who just moved into a new home as a housewarming note. This second time what happened to his order happened to mine. Months passed and poof, gone. Not received, not refunded. I’m honestly surprised this app has 4.6 stars if 2/3 orders just vanish and no refunds 🤷‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Did not arrive twice *2025-11-25, version 1.161.2* Sent about seven cards, one with candy. Two never showed up. Company resent one and still not received. Candy was suppose to be sent with one of the cards a and it was never received, even after the resend. I double and checked the addresses and they were all correct. ### 1/5 — Pure garbage *2025-09-20, version 1.160.0* Impossible to access the credits I have paid for. The cards appear to be sent from somewhere other than Australia given it’s aligned with Australia Post. Please confirm to try again Absolute waste of money and time ### 1/5 — Can’t complete order *2025-08-06, version 1.159.3* After I went through the trouble of completing the card I received an error message “information missing cannot provide price”. No instructions, directions, just error message that I can figure out what is missing. I usually use Postgram, thought I’d try this as it says it’s good for cards in the UK. Company tried to blame the mail.
