The medical centre advised me to contact the App developer to rectify the issue!!!! To begin with, this advice is insane! Why, I, the patient, should do that?! After contacting them reluctantly, they were not hopeful at all. I had to delete and reinstall the App and put all my medical details all over again. The App was functional for a few months and now all I’ve been getting is a blank white screen. I brought this up with the medical centre and all they offer is an apology, stating that many patients are experiencing the same. This has been going on for a few months now without any resolution. ### 1/5 — Is a 2 year old the Dev for this app?! *2024-02-26* Honestly, the fact that there have been multiple similar complaints regarding this app as its lack of functionality, with no change to their product is appalling. During a time when you are creating these apps in order to help alleviate the medical system from unnecessary appointments and giving the patient access to vital information, the app should be able to pull up more than a blank screen. It would take one full stack developer, (and I would hope they also engage UX/UI), no more than a couple of weeks to figure this out. Directing patients to an app that can’t even display a home screen, especially when it comes to someone’s health is appalling. Whichever C Suite exec approved this horrid piece of garbage to be a portal for their patients should be ashamed, so should the company behind this abomination who cannot get the basics of app development correct and therefore should not have a funded project. This app is a disgrace and the executives that run it, as well as those endorsing it should be ashamed. You’ve driven more people into already congested GP clinics, most of which now require a few and therefore driven those without resources to their local ED, which is most likely struggling more than this app is while trying to open the home page. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry the app hasn’t been working out on your end. Tried it on different devices and operating systems and all the same. Very inconvenient When trying to get epresciptions, referrals, medical certificates and booking online. Please try to fix it as soon as possible as no one has that much time while at work waiting on the phone to book or do other quick business. Very very inconvenient ### 3/5 — Cannot switch the centre *2024-01-23* Cannot switch my centre from Myhealth Central Park to Myhealth broadway in the app (centre drop-down list showing “there are no results”). Therefore cannot book apt or see results properly. When it use to be able to switch centres, the app was good. I did all the usual.. restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app but it didn’t help. I emailed for assistance and Ian responded promptly with the following fix and it worked immediately: 1.Go to settings>accessibility>display and text 2.Confirm if the 'Increase Contrast' is enabled, if yes, please advise to disable it. 3.Once it's disabled, restart the MPA and try to access. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave this kind review! I cannot access any of my information. My medical centre is closed during the holiday season, I have Covid and cannot get any of my medical information to give to another medical centre so that I can get the antiviral medication that I need. So annoyed……. I don’t know why any medical centre would use this terrible app. ### 1/5 — Absolute joke *2023-12-14* I can’t even open the app… I get a blank white screen. I need to get my pathology slip and my prescription. Now I have to pay a ridiculous gap to see my doctor to get new ones. And I will be telling the med clinic to ditch this app. I feel for the people who have serious and complex medical conditions that rely on apps like this to keep their health organised. The developers don’t give a $h!7. The problem with this app is that the paying clients are the medical practices not the actual patients or end users so the developers don’t care that the app doesn’t work. The company still get their money. Has anyone noticed the patronisingly generic responses to all these damning reviews? That’s how much the developers care about the end user experience. “If you have feedback email us…’ Umm… read your reviews, it’s full of feedback!! Try using your own app, then you’ll experience how rubbish it is for yourself. ### 1/5 — Worst App ever! *2023-12-04* This App just keeps getting worse and worse! This is very unacceptable, the codes you send come up as errors and invalid, so can’t log in. When I can finally get in, sometimes days later, all my results and appointments have disappeared. I can’t believe GPs are still advertising for clients to use this app, knowing just how bad it is. I explained my frustration to the staff at my local GP office, they said they have many complaints about the App. Please fix this Medical App properly, if you can’t fix it maybe it’s time to remove it from the App Store. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-10-28* Terrible app. Originally signed in, to my Dr’s practice and could see my lab results etc. since the app updated at some point in the last year my profile is set on some Dr practice I’ve never been to, and it will not let me select any other medical practice let alone mine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it does the same thing. Have updated to latest version and while referrals can now be read, results, while they show, are still unable to be opened. On 19 Sep was told version 3.5.4 would solve the problem then on 21st was told bug would be fixed "within the week". Medicare should rethink their $10 million investment in this company or at least as an investor get them to up their game.
