My new iPhone 17 pro won’t accept my login, maybe I hit it wrong after 5 years, but trying to reset just won’t work. I’ve got 5 years of records I can’t access! The app always reverts to rainfall in inches despite the fact the rest of the world has gone metric. It's a pity one has to leave feedback in order to rate it, otherwise I would have rated it -2. ### 1/5 — Suddenly stopped working *2020-12-02* Had this app for several years and this week it suddenly won’t open at all. Tried hard reset on my iPhone XR and nothing helps. Doesn’t show any IOS updates in years. When I click to open the app it flashes on my screen for a second and then closes. Can’t find any way to contact support. I guess it’s no longer supported since the contact support link goes to a Twitter page that hasn’t had any activity in the last 3 years. Too bad as it was a pretty good app but now I’ve lost several years of rainfall history I can no longer access. **Developer response:** Hi. Apologies for the lack of support— life has gotten in the way. I did start a rewrite of the app and I still want to revisit it. In the meantime I will see if I can at least get the app running again. History Unit Update - Your default unit will be used when displaying the Week, Month, and Year totals - Set your default unit by going into Settings. Note that the originally reported unit will always be displayed in Explore. Bug Fix - An issue with re-downloading your data upon logging in was fixed ### 1.5 — 2017-01-10 - Map improvements - Bug fixes & improvements ### 1.3 — 2015-06-23 - Refine Explore results with the new refinement options. Note the new default is to display precips from the last 10 days - Editing-- After recording a precip total, you can now go back and add/edit/remove a comment, photo, total amount, or change any location options. Do so by selecting a recorded total from your History and hitting Edit in the top right - Estimated precip total-- If location services is on when entering Record, the Total Precip field will be filled with an estimated value based on weather data from Forecast.io.
