If you switch apps even for a second you have to go through the sign in process again. They make it so hard to use the money you put in it. Then they say you got to use it or loose it. But they say you can spend it in our overpriced store if you don’t want to loose it. When I have used it they hounded me right away for justification that the purchase was medical. You would think that when you pay a HOSPITAL any idiot would know it was for medical purposes you don’t normally don’t buy a car at a freaking hospital but no they’re on you all we need this justification that justification other justification and there on your right away it takes a little time for paperwork to come through but no there are no we need this right now. The whole thing is a scam to get your money and when you use it at there shop in their over priced stupid store. I will never again sign up for this service. I also highly recommend nobody else participate in this because they’re going to hound you. Your trying to recover recoup get your life back together and they’re hounding you for documents right away to save a couple cents here and there. When I requested the paperwork, from my urologist the people that are like oh yeah, these people are so demanding and such a hassle, and nothing seems to make them satisfied. So is medical people in billing that are like I don’t understand the documentation you need we’ve already provided it saying what the procedure was. It was Medical and they want something else. Seems to me the stuff they’re asking for go against the HIPAA laws ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2022-02-07, version 21.0.0* This app consistently says an unknown error occurred while trying to upload receipts for documentation. Frequently I am unable to use my card because I cannot get the documents to upload and they put my card on hold. It is extremely frustrating to pay into this and be unable to use it due to an app that doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Piece of crap *2020-06-18, version 14.0.1* It takes so long to get into anything on this app. I attached two pictures and tried to make a claim and it didn’t work. The messages don’t have any detail yet I get prompted every time I login that I need to take action on them. I can’t tell if checks have been mailed to me or not, many weeks after submission. How about an expected processing time? Now HR Simplified denies claims constantly making the customer do the work of providing specific proof of health services (especially dental)...so don’t think your payment receipt is enough these days. The fact you paid $$ to your dentist and have a receipt doesn’t prove to this company you deserve your hard earned money will be reimbursed. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2019-01-02, version 7.0* This App seems like a great idea but the service behind it is horrible! Have sent pics of Doctors reciepts/bills and STILL this company will not pay out.
