This issue is happening during bKash transfers. It’s been a month and I keep calling their helpline, all I get is that there’s no problem from their side neither from mine but yet it shows fund transfer failed and if I try through bkash it says limit over even though I haven’t transferred a single buck. Also their live chat option replies after hours and the window stays active for a few minutes. Fdr when being made don’t give options such as which account to deposit interest to, does show the fdr rate as well or even how long I want to lock the fdr for. A lot of missing features and features that do not work properly such as increasing card limit and etc. bring this app into the 21st century then call it a one stop solution instead of selling your other lacklustre products such as your prime investment cause that to me is bloatware. ### 1/5 — Disappointing Experience – Unresolved Issue for years *2025-07-24, version 2.0.20* I’ve been facing the same unresolved issue with the MyPrime app since May 2024. I’m unable to pay my credit card bill through the app due to a persistent error. Despite following all troubleshooting steps (uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.) and repeatedly contacting customer support, nothing has been done. I even informed Prime Bank that I’d be traveling abroad and needed this fixed before June 9. It’s now July, and I’m stuck overseas, unable to make payments. No proper updates, no escalation — just poor service and zero accountability. This app has caused serious inconvenience and risks to my financial standing. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this app until they take customer concerns seriously and improve their technical support. ### 5/5 — Need more utility bill payment options *2025-04-28, version 2.0.18* The MyPrime app delivers an incredibly smooth and seamless experience. It's impressive how many useful services have been integrated into one platform, making it super convenient to manage different banking tasks in one place. However, it would be even better if they added more options for utility bill payments and included a feature to download payment receipts or invoices as PDFs. Overall, a great app with a lot of potential for even more improvements! ### 3/5 — Lacked than before *2025-03-30, version 2.0.17* As salamu alaikum This version of software don’t show any details of the beneficiary on NPSB report . No account no . How do a person can proof that he sent money to another person? Complained to bank but till no solution. For your kind information it was in details earlier version on 06 months ago .
