This issue is happening during bKash transfers. Hope the developers will fix this issue soon. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2026-03-04, version 2.0.26* Ever since I opened and activated the app, I have been unable to transfer money from bank to bkash. It’s been a month and I keep calling their helpline, all I get is that there’s no problem from their side neither from mine but yet it shows fund transfer failed and if I try through bkash it says limit over even though I haven’t transferred a single buck. Also their live chat option replies after hours and the window stays active for a few minutes. Fdr when being made don’t give options such as which account to deposit interest to, does show the fdr rate as well or even how long I want to lock the fdr for. A lot of missing features and features that do not work properly such as increasing card limit and etc. bring this app into the 21st century then call it a one stop solution instead of selling your other lacklustre products such as your prime investment cause that to me is bloatware. ### 1/5 — Disappointing Experience – Unresolved Issue for years *2025-07-24, version 2.0.20* I’ve been facing the same unresolved issue with the MyPrime app since May 2024. I’m unable to pay my credit card bill through the app due to a persistent error. Despite following all troubleshooting steps (uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.) and repeatedly contacting customer support, nothing has been done. I even informed Prime Bank that I’d be traveling abroad and needed this fixed before June 9. It’s now July, and I’m stuck overseas, unable to make payments. No proper updates, no escalation — just poor service and zero accountability. This app has caused serious inconvenience and risks to my financial standing. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this app until they take customer concerns seriously and improve their technical support. ### 1/5 — Cant open app. *2025-02-13, version 2.0.16* When i open and try to login it says to update the app to the latest version. The registration process is extremely frustrating. Right now, I’ve pressed the Login button some 50 times, didn’t work. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now the submit button doesn’t work. I can understand that they made it easy for all sorts of people so that they can use it without difficulties.
