Wht?? Now when I click on the icon I just get a totally white screen. ### 1/5 — Not Great *2024-07-08* Got an e-mail to try the new app, but it doesn’t recognize my username or password. Tried a couple of different times to reset, nothing works. E-mails to verify sign in and reset are addressed to my mom who passed 2 1/2 years ago, not good. Unlike other financial platform apps, you can’t view more than on account at a time. For example, when a spouse and yourself both have accounts, there is no way to login in a see both at once. Other apps can allow this despite being two accounts with two logins. Also, it is constantly under maintenance and told to try again later. With the new webpage I thought maybe they would make a big jump and have some cool new feature on a brand new app. Sadly this app just seems like the new website presented as an app. The experience is terrible. Instead of seeing everything in the app you actually have to sign in twice. Once for life insurance and once for investments. That is not a great user experience and does nothing different than the website links. What a letdown and disappointment. **Developer response:** Hi , my name is Jordan at Primerica. The app itself is great. I am excited to see that I can update my banking information, beneficiaries and even contact information.
