I just wish when trying to add images of your insurance card, it doesn’t force you to take a picture. It would be nice if the app would allow you to upload a file from your smartphone if you already have a digital copy saved. ### 2/5 — Push Notifications *2026-07-30, version 2.43.1* The app doesn’t have push notifications ### 2/5 — Not an app *2026-07-28, version 2.43.1* Confusing menu structure, several menus sometimes on the left, sometimes on the right, and an app that requires web login but doesn’t have Face ID support. It’s slow, and not particularly visually pleasing. Every time it’s slow and loading, it blocks all actions, so god forbid you wanted to glance your messages - now you are timed out from using the app for the next 5 seconds. Everything in the app is just a web page and it’s really a subpar experience. In fact, the app will link you out to a multitude of pages, so it’s not really clear why this app even exists. Many things like medical summaries aren’t available in the app. It may as well just be a bookmark. Why they bothered with such a poor app, I don’t know. ### 3/5 — Messaging *2026-07-28, version 2.43.1* The app should show me my sent messages that haven’t yet been replied to by the provider, but it doesn’t. ### 2/5 — virtual appointment *2026-07-22, version 2.43.1* Not a great experience. Waited over 1/2 hour for dr to join “meeting”. Physican assistant was not friendly and I didn’t feel heard. Wasted my money, as they were unable to assist in any way. Tylenol is better than what they sent in and I won’t pay for that. Especially since I have to pay a second time to go see dr in person several days from now whenever they have availability. When I said there was no information about what they could/couldn’t treat, they INSISTED I got a text and an email about their policies. I only had a text saying they were running late. 10/10 would NOT recommend using this site. Today was a fun little loop of logging in, clicking to verify my account by name and DOB, and being led directly back to the login screen. I did this about 8 times before giving up. I checked to make sure my app is updated, which it is. I called the provided number to make payment over the phone. After being on hold for 18 minutes listening to the same old music song,(which is a horrible song), I was finally connected to a live person. After giving my information twice, still unable to make a payment. So after 25 minutes of my time, payment still was not made. In this day and age of automation - this is unacceptable. I guess I will wait for a paper bill and pay then pay. It’s so damn frustrating! Now this app won’t work on my IPad because it’s too old and won’t support my IOS… I need to get into the app for a virtual visit I don’t want to refill pages of information each time.
