Awful, glitchy app. Does not let me use full stops or @ sign when inputting an email address, so can’t submit work.

I would rate lower if I could. I could probably code a better app in two days using a team of monkeys.
1) The main supposed ‘feature’ of this app is broken. Filling in forms with WiFi turns on results in loss of data 50% of the time.
2) App constantly crashes whilst opening the drafts page.
3) App is slow and unresponsive, the screen ratio shows it was probably coded for an iPhone 4 and never updated again. 

These are all issues that the devs actually know about for at least a year. So they are either incredibly lazy, or know that this app is the only on e like it on the market, and they’re fine taking money from universities that have no other option. This strategy will only work for so long though, mark my words.

I think a 5th grade computer science class could do better than this. I have never once used this app without significant technical issues

Use this app for my university degree. It is useless and wastes my time. Pointless updates make the all worse. Sort it out

Overall the interface and functions are easy to use, but the syncing of data is awful. I ended up losing a whole section of my completed tasks, because they wouldn’t sync. Major revisions and modifications should be made to this app to make it a reliable tool for university to use.

PLEASE can you fix the glitches? Sometimes when I complete a form and send it to the observer to complete, or try and submit it, the app crashes and dumps me out. This is really stressful as it doesn’t auto save. I’ve had to redo 4 forms now because of this.
