## What is myPromenade?

Browsing should feel more like walking through a bookstore or antique store. You move through a place, notice what is nearby, remember where you have been, and discover things you did not know to ask for.
myPromenade brings that human experience to large digital collections through spatial browsing. Instead of scrolling through a few rows at a time, move through hundreds of items with gestures while preserving context, relevant neighbors, and visual memory.

START WITH LIVE DISCOVERY
Search live eBay listings, then explore the results as a spatial field. Broad, changing inventory makes room for comparison, adjacency, and antique-store serendipity. Open a listing when you want current details or wish to purchase.

SHAPE A COLLECTION
Version 3.1 turns presented results into editable, durable Collections. Collect result items, focus on them, review them in the Rolodex, reorder or remove them, and keep the arrangement that matters.
Save a Collection as a portable .myprocollection document. Reopen it later or send it through normal Apple document-sharing mechanisms. On iPad, open multiple Collection windows when you want to work with more than one Collection.

THREE SOURCES, DIFFERENT STRENGTHS
• eBay provides live search, breadth, purchasing, and useful adjacency, although seller data can be inconsistent.
• Galleries preserve artist-authored Image Content Management System data. Rich categories support meaningful regrouping, with the collection visibly reorganizing as categories change.
• Curated Amazon examples provide richer, controlled item detail, but do not offer arbitrary live search.

THREE WAYS TO DISCOVER
• Explore: move intentionally, compare, regroup, and collect without losing the surrounding context.
• Shared Explore: use SharePlay Beta to co-explore live over FaceTime. Session start and end can occasionally be unreliable.
• Ambient: let items move continuously to surface patterns and unexpected discoveries.

Spatial browsing is not only about seeing more. It is about understanding relationships, remembering what you saw, and exploring together.
myPromenade is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac Catalyst.

### 3.0 — 2026-02-24

From Exploration to Shaping.
Spatial browsing began as a way to explore large collections without losing context. In 3.0, it evolves into something more intentional: the ability to begin shaping those collections.

You can now favorite items directly within the spatial layout and start forming visual groups in place. Instead of moving items only to see what’s behind them, you can begin gathering related items into meaningful clusters — the first step toward editable, curated journeys.

 - Early visual grouping behavior
 - SharePlay collaboration refinements
 - Stability and performance improvements

This marks the beginning of transforming spatial browsing from passive exploration into active organization — built for real-time collaboration and future cross-device sharing.

Bug fixes and improvements.
• Fixed an issue where the new front door could appear over shared links or deep-linked journeys.
• External links and shared experiences now open cleanly and uninterrupted.
