Initially thought it was awesome but since setting it up 10 days ago the feeds have not updated. Would be great if it was working.

I find the ability to personalise data into a range of categories better than any other app.

But I have to create an IT ticket every few months for feeds not updating, the same transaction on multiple dates and duplicate transactions on the same date.

If you are looking for accurate debits and credits, I would not recommend

This app’s premise is great. And when details load and are current it’s excellent - however it fails to pull relevant current data effectively which is very frustrating.

I couldn’t work out how to raise my issues with the app with the vendor so I’m capturing them here, hopefully they’ll see them. 

Figure colour: the figures are teal (?) on white which I find very difficult to read. The figure colour change occurred in concert with a UI revamp, teal (?) the main colour used. This was a step backwards in my opinion as it negatively affect app usability. 

Figure size: the figures are very small, and confusingly they are smaller than the bold black account names etc. Suggest the figures should be as big as or bigger than the account names. 

App functionality is very good, unfortunately the UI design degrades readability, hence the rating.

I’m using this with my financial planner and the bank transactions from my hsbc account are hit and miss. Mostly miss. This is the main reason I would want it for. At the moment this is not worth opening

Having used this app for the past year, and overall it is okay, but needs some improvements to make it a “great” app.  For instance, 

1. Adding new wealth items (bank accounts, investments, ...),  instead of using the “settings”, the logical place to “setup” wealth items,  the user must spend a number of minutes to figure out where to find how to add new wealth items.
2. Understandably it is an app for the iPhone, but, I use the iPad for all my banking interactions as it is much easier to read. However, using the iPad doesn’t always read in landscape mode, only some pages do.  It would be good if the app would display the page based on landscape or portrait.
3. To categorise expenses (or income), the app requires the user to jump to a detail page, change the category, and then let’s the user waiting... until the back button is pressed.  Once the back button is pressed the category is changed and the user is taken back to the main page.  This is fine for 1 or 2 items, but gets tedious if the user needs to do 10+ items.
4. Filtering method is good, but it doesn’t save the custom date range and the user needs to keep going back to reset it.

BUYER BEWARE
What we were sold was quite different to what we received.
Issues were raised with BDMs and CEO's many times and there was absolutely NO resolution to the issues.
Constant problems in the back end of the system that constantly change.
Billing issues.
Furthermore we constantly change the PRO accounts (user pays) back to Starter (no charge) and they miraculously reappear as PRO accounts.
Clients upgrading for FREE at our expense.
No ownership by management and the owner who has sold to HUB 24 and obviously has retention numbers, so even after requesting our white labelled site to be shut down months ago it's still there.
AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
When you raise issues all you deal with is the King of Spin....

This is not an intuitive Ap to use. You also have to do much of the organizing of your files on desktop.
Would love a better way to file the tax receipts under deductible areas.

I downloaded to my iPad which I use in lndscape moder with an external kbd. It only orients portrait. Uzseless.
It will not accept strong system-generated passowrds. Yet it was recommended to me as being “secure”. Clealy not.
Deleting it now.

Tried to set up on this app using their wizard set-up, however clicked the wrong button and it stopped. Now can’t rerun the wizard and very lost! Deleted the app hoping it would restart but no luck so have given up

I find the app super helpful though it would be better if data was quicker. Since the most recent update though it doesn’t seem to be updating at all, where it used to run about 3 days behind it is now 10?

Would also be good if more lenders etc were linked up so it had more up to date data

Love the app, only suggestion would be the colours and size of the fonts on the running balances- the aqua blue font is hard to read on an IPhone. Understand their are branding considerations however a darker colour/black would be an improvement.
