Used website to book appointment instead and received email saying will receive call for confirmation, definitely a point PROTON should work on, its time wasting and unclear, maybe make it an live and automation booking system. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous Apps Can’t Even Make Booking Properly *2025-11-06, version 1.0.99* Been tried 5 times just to make the service booking , press the date selection ok, apps would kick you out with nothing. Second time luckily get in but when select time and pressed ok it kicked you out again. And I have to call the service centre for booking. No function & not convenient at all to have the apps. Please upgrade better than Perodua apps.
